All the staff were wearing masks; there is also a 3 strikes rule for visitors to ensure everyone stays safe. Can be very exhausting, so make sure to come well rested and bring water! There is water provided, but I would advise you bring your own. I would recommend wearing shorts and a comfortable shirt that will keep you as cool as possible as it does get quite hot.

The best part was being challenged at the glow and the dark event! The training was super informative and understandable. The fact that we were able to practice before hitting the ropes allowed me to feel safe and confident. Also, being apple to choose different levels of difficulty was so dope! I was able to share my experience with both my younger child and older children! it was great for EVERYONE! Lastly the customer service was AMAZING, the staff was super friendly along with the owner and guest. I highly recommend Boundless Adventures for anyone bringing a family, some friends are just flying solo. I'll be returning soon!

It’s easy to keep distance when you’re up in the trees.

My kids love this place so much, and with many other options canceled these days, that we bought annual passes. They want to come at least once a week.

The owners are super nice and incredibly receptive to their guests and the staff is fantastic. It’s never too crowded and since it’s mostly in the shade. That helps with the heat.

Never do you not feel safe, even if you’re dealing with heights and difficult challenges.

Of course, if you’re reading this and decide to go, then I just made it more crowded for myself. You’ll have a blast.

Working with the owner Lorrie has been an absolute pleasure. She is flexible and accessible. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love how close Boundless Adventures is to my home - it truly is in a central location of Westchester. My child, Hayden, has participated in their summer camps, after school programs, attended birthday parties here, and has made new friends when "flying solo." If I were 20 years younger, I'd climb right along with him! The next step is to build a Treehouse Hotel or rustic treehouse for overnights, to channel our inner Swiss Family Robinson!

Due to the pandemic, my son's school couldn't organize a senior field trip for the graduating fifth-graders, so we, the parents, decided to organize a trip on our own. Lorrie at Boundless was very helpful in working with us. When we had to postpone the trip due a terrible weather forecast, Lorrie was accommodating and understanding.
My son's unofficial senior trip was a success. In our group of over 40 people, we had kids ranging from 7 through 16 (siblings of the graduates also joined), and each one had a great time. This is a wonderful activity that builds self-confidence and is an outlet for all the energy that has been pent up after a year of remote learning. We will definitely be going again.

We had a great time. It fun and different! Kids can definitely come back for one more round! There weren't too many people, but it were there in March. The trails are interesting. You can only go through all trails if you really rush, but that often depends on people in front of you, definitely not the organizer's fault, some people get scared and stock or just slow. I definitely recommend this to every one who likes moderate physical activity.

Thank you. There has been only one group of 2 that has ever completed all 9 courses during their visit, and it took them 6 hours! We are adding 2 more courses that are set to be open at the beginning of July, so we will have more challenges for you to take on!

This was a great adventure for my son's 7th birthday, particularly during COVID. They restricted the number of people on the courses so well that we never saw a single person on the same course as us. I would Highly recommend and we will be back.

The web videos lead us to believe there were numerous zip lines per course. Not the case. It’s mostly balancing on unstable objects. Just not fun for young kids. $300 down the drain. My children stopped after 1 green and 1 yellow.

I'm sorry you feel this way. There are 17 ziplines on our course with 120 rope obstacles. We are not a zipline park. We are an aerial adventure park. We certainly don't mislead anyone in what we do.

Went after the opening after covid. They did a great job to keep all safe to assure proper ppe & still offer a safe fun & challenging time for all from 11 to 75 years old. Staff happy helpful & very safety conscious of social distancing. Bring your own gloves & mask. Shaded and offers for all age and ability. Great outdoor adventure

We were looking for something outdoorsy, close to NYC, and safe in consideration of the pandemic. All of us were newbies, and the staff took all the time we needed to make sure we were safe in the trees. In addition, we were reassured that the staff took every precaution for social distancing/mask wearing. There were obstacle courses for all skill levels, and all of us women of a certain age went through twice... we ran out of steam for the black - most challenging - course, but had a GREAT time.

I am going back with my teenaged son, since I know it will be a safe activity, and I will be able to keep up.
