I love visiting art galleries. Most of the time they are filled with beautiful paintings and sculptures by local and not so local artists. Some of the works are from completely unknown craftsmen, some are from artists that I have heard of before or have...More

There's always pieces on display that you'll want to spend time simply studying. You're never hurried on by the staff, who are very respectful.

Incredibly this is a free art museum at Vassar. The museum has a wide variety of art. The museum has art by Picasso, Georgia O’Keefe, as well as many other artists. The museum has pieces from ancient civilizations, Medieval Europe, as well as modern art.

We went mainly to see the Andy Warhol Exhibit. The Art Center was larger than we expected and had mixture of various other artist pieces that were also on display. Admission was free which was an added bonus.
