You have to be very careful, while hiking at Rock City. There are no railings along the rocks, and have deep drop offs. I would not recommend taking small children there.

There are some part where it should have a fence or warning sign. Not recommended for family with many young children with only 2 adult supervising it. The direction sign inside the park is not clear. I just wonder how often this park is been review for the safety of falling/ not steady/ rotten rock.

This place is utterly amazing! Walking through, under, and along gigantic boulders and ancient trees takes your breathe away. Be sure to wear a good pair of hiking shoes or sneakers for the trek

You can visit the museum and get rocks,,,cool rocks. Big ice sheets moved these rocks and my Uncle had an oil lease up there for years. They have food ??? ice cream and hot dogs. Stand under this one boulder you will be amazed at the size.

This is a very nice, no frills, nature walk through some ancient rock formations, forming cliff, crevasses, caves, etc. Very inexpensive, an easy walk of about an hour to an hour and a half. Nice and shady.

I visited in an RV towing a car. There was space to park, as the lot is an oval shape with car parking in the center. We pulled in alongside the outer edge. There's a picnic area as well, so we tacked on lunch to our visit. Make sure to bring your own food and drink, the gift shop had... More

The price is right and this place is magnificent, but I have a complaint that is valid and I am airing it to protect others. When my friend and I paid our admission, we were told that they were out of trail maps and given verbal instructions how to get started and then told " just follow the trail". We... More

This is a really cool place. It never gets old. It has beautiful rock formations to explore. We make a point to visit at least once a year. Though, I wouldn't want to go on a rainy or slippery day!

We pulled in and our immediate impression was that it was a road side attraction which it started out like that, but the lady who runs the place is so very kind. The park was a lot of fun. Our kids are 20 and 24 and they spent a few hours exploring every nook and cranny. We did some exploring... More

So let's start of by saying that it's great if and only if you are -not afraid of heights -good on your feet It may be risky for young children, you have to pay attention not to slip/get lost. It is a great place for rock enthusiasts, they even have a shop. It has great views and is great for... More
