The pre-recorded information provided (in different languages) is very interesting. At the end you get to try 4 great wines (dry, semi-dry, sweet x 2). A very knowledgeable person will help you understand what you are trying

Definitely go to other wineries before purchasing wine from here. Some are less expensive from the winery and you get more one on one with the staff. But the Museum gives you a tour and history of the beginning of Santorini. Really interesting.
