Visited during a full day boat tour. A lot of restaurants along the harbor with a great view of the volcano island.

We went to the island after the volcano and hot springs and we were hungry. We went to captain nichos. Thats the first restaurant on the right side, or beside of the restaurant captain John. We saw other guests always discussing and shouting with the waiters. Later we saw the reason why. The bread that they were serving was old,... More

We travelled to Thirassia by boat and found on docking that the main landing areas were inundated with restaurants dotted along the sea front. We had a lovely meal overhanging the jetty and watching the fish underneath. To get to the village at the top you have to walk up numerous steps but they are long slope steps so far... More

I enjoyed our stopover in Thirasia, which is a village in a separate island across Oia and the volcano. We went by boat which was cool because we were able to swim around and see the rock formations and well as get nice views of the village. I don't think I would have gone for a full day but when... One of the must to do in santorini is the trip to volcano. After the visit to volcano, the boat stops to this little island for some hours. You worth to eat from the restaurants theirs. Good food, tasty, fast servicing and good prices.

We visited Thirasia with a sail boat and stopped for a swim and some ouzo. The water was fantastic!Dark blue and cold enough to wake up all your senses. Life on the island is as it used to be 60 years ago!Worth visiting and staying over night.

Did the trip from volcano to this place. Never again. You get a choice of around 4-5 resturaunts. Which are packed from the volcano boats. And the one we went in. Last from the end was utter crap. And rude staff. One of the resturaunts was like going into ikea. Pick your food grab a drink and bring it to... More
