We did the vineyard tour with wine and food expecting to get ham and cheese with a couple
Of olives. Instead we got a seven course gourmet meal! It was delicious. The wines were fabulous and Maria, the sommelier, was very enthusiastic and excited only...More
A wonderful experience and one I would highly recommend for anyone while in Santorini.
Wonderful service, 6 fabulous courses with accompanying wines matched beautifully with the cuisine.
The team are so passionate about the vineyard and the pioneering approach being taken by Mr Sigalas.
I am a vegan, and we failed to make mention of this while booking our reservation. Without a hiccup, the Chef made the necessary arrangements to make it work right there in the spot without hesitation. Each of my dishes were scrumptious, with each of...More
We had an amazing experience at Domaine Sigalas. A few minutes drive from our hotel in Oia we stopped by for a tasting before our dinner reservation somewhere else. They gave us a perfect table to view the sunset. For about $30 Euro we had...More

They were friendly, considerate, and very knowledgeable about their wines. We arrived having hiked from Imerovigli on our way to Oia: we were greeted as if we had pulled up in a limo!

We had a wine tour and visited this winery as the last one. As it was food tour included we got stuffed wine leaves and white aubergines dish to die for. Wine being produced is wonderful, full of flavor and some of those being produced...More

I love Napa Cabs. They are my favorite wine, except for Washington Cabs, which are better value but similar quality. They have two indigenous red grapes here. The best, Mavrotagano is hard to describe. It’s like a cross between a complex Pinot and a Cab. Not as big as a Cab and not as delicate as a Pinot. They also have what I think is one of the best white wines I’ve ever tasted. Also indigenous to Santorini: Assyrtico. I was totally shocked at how much we liked the wines. We liked them better than Italy (which we’ve been to 8-9 times.) Except Brunello. Can’t beat that. But we have not had a single glass or bottle of wine here that has disappointed us. You will not be disappointed unless you only like a big, expensive Napa Cab and nothing else.
