Ammoudi is a very picturesque and colorful small fishermen village at the north part of Santorini. The red rocks over the village are very attractive and gives a sence of a space scenery... You can find some taverns and bars or cafe to eat and drink but mostly in the summer season. During winter time the village is a bit... More

One of the best things to do in Santorini is to swim at Amoudi bay and specially cliff jump from St. Nikola Church. Bring swimming shoes to get in the water and also to climb the rick where the church is. You don't need too much time there, maybe 1 hour is ok. On your way back, you can eat... More

I recommend the fish restaurant around Amoudi bay, Oia, Santorini, Greece - It is called Restaurant Amoudi if I am not mistaken. If you want to see one of the most beautiful sunset in the world without crowded people, you can find tetrapot near the restaurant, and enjoy it :)

Be ready for a very memorable dip in the sea. Would highly recommend to have a great lunch before at the restaurant in the bay them relaxed and go for the swim. You need to be equipped with the right shoes as you need to walk over some rocks but the area is amazing. Nothing is like this dip it... More

Thinking of having that beautiful sunset dinner ???? Think Again... !!! Was totally baked in bright Sunlight throughout whilst dining and although it is a nice place to visit, the steps down from OIA was littered with TONS of Donkey poop... The ride (up or down) on the donkey was another experience that only the healthy should do. Donkeys tended... More

One of the best things we've ever done. Trip was for 18 people. Include barbeque. Snorkle and swim to the hot pit. Spectacular. Lunch was excellent. People were awesome. Just loved it!

Amoudi is THE place when it comes to seafood dinning. There are a lot of good reastaurants but Katerina is to my taste the best. Also it is the perfect place for cliff jumping. In September it was not so crowded and we had the chance to enjoy everything in a tranquil atmosphere.

We drove down to Amoudi Bay for a few hours - there were far less tourists in the morning/lunch time than I would've thought so that was nice. We did a short hike around (maybe 10 minutes max) to where you can jump off some cliffs into the water, or swim over to the rock and jump down from a... More

We took a taxi down to Amoudi Bay ~$10 USD and spent the afternoon cliff diving (once you are dropped off the at the restaurants, its about a 10 minute hike/walk to get to the swimming area). The water is so clear and the cliff is about 15-20 feet high, just enough to get your adrenaline pumping :) We then... More

Swim out to rock, climb up and jump off. Wow! Rocky beach, like most of Santorini, need to be sure footed. Water nice in August heat. Rode the donkey back up, just for fun. Good exercise going up and down! Unfortunately some visitors litter this scenic spot, please do your part to keep this place clean and beautiful.
