WOW! Ali and his team are amazing! As a fellow African i am used to people trying to overcharge me for things and always having to barter with people! I arrived at Zanzibar airport and was bombarded with taxi drivers trying to charge me excessive amounts for a 1 hour taxi ride to my hotel.
I found Ali's company online, he was super responsive on whatsapp and charged me a third of what the sharks at the airport wanted to charge me!
We had Covid tests arranged by Ali, his drivers are incredible! One of the drivers, Abdul, is amazing. Young 24 year old man full of life, energy and passion.
Since being in Zanzibar i have given his details to 8 different people i have met who have complained about being overcharged etc. They all love Ali, his drivers and their service.
The vans are always clean, the drivers are super safe on the road and the drivers also speak amazing English. They are also knowledgeable about the region and enjoy talking to guests about their island.
Ali can arrange anything for you, stone town tours, sunset cruises, jetskis etc etc all at the fraction of the price you will be charged by others.
Amazing job Ali, i will recommend you to anyone travelling to Zanzibar!.

We spent a week in Zanzibar at the end of December, and Zanzibar World /Reise Taxi was amazingly helpful throughout. First, they were super responsive on whatsapp, always available and very flexible with changes of plans. They arranged transport for us in multiple places across the island, the driver was always on time and the car was large and air conditioned.
They also helped us to arrange a few tours, including a cooking class and a spice farm visit, both of which went well and prices were much better than what the hotels offered.
And finally, they also helped us to get our COVID test, with the driver coming with us to explain the various queues and which documents were required, which was very much appreciated. I would fully recommend them, for taxis and tours!

Would highly recommend as the service is friendly, efficient and stress free as well as coming at a much lower price than most services in Zanzibar. Very punctual and accommodating of time changes as well. Quick responses from the team as well when making arrangements. It was a pleasure!

Drivers are decent , on time, keep the vehicles in good shape
Tour guides are very friendly
Tour coordinator is flexible and decent person. But prefares communications on whatsapp better than phone calls it might not be the best for everyone .
We were lucky to reschedule two journeys and cancel one after arriving to Zanizibar within the same budget.
We had our itenrity before we arrive to Zanzibar and a detailed plan including pickup time we just had to request info on journey duration.
For us the journeys were just right... we took appropriate breaks the tour guide Nasser was a very professional and decent person who wore his smile like a crown 👑 .
God bless this team will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have visited Zanzibar in January 2021, with the family and I have booked from this company, local excursions and transfers to/from airport and between various hotels. All services were delivered at the best quality level, with good cars and excellent guides ( particularly liked Nassor who gave us so many information and took so much care of us). They were always arrived at the time agreed. Prices were very good (much better than the ones offered by the hotels for the same services). Also, the drivers offered us additional support and help and advise when the case was.

With everything going on in 2020, I ended up on a very last minute trip and had basically no plans upon arriving on Zanzibar. Armed with nothing more than Google, I found their WhatsApp and within minutes had a confirmed ride from the airport to my hotel...this was 45 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive...as I said, I was not prepared for this trip.
After settling in to the hotel, I was greeted with the WhatsApp the next morning asking if they could get any tours scheduled for me. They were up front on pricing which is always a plus, and the pickup was seamless.
I'd highly recommend this group.

Mr. Ali & Abdul & the rest of their team have been mostly reactive, punctual, flexible, honest and very helpful. I would call them team "fix-it", they can arrange everything you ask for at competitive rates. All communication went through Whatsapp, reply can be expected within 30 minutes for alk queries.
Last but not least, they've guided us fluidly through the covid testing procedure and its cycle. They picked up the certificates to hand over to us at the airport.
We're just back home from a spotless holiday. We miss Zanzibar already.

Quick and reliable service. Abdul is exelent driver, always punctual, very friendly and helpfull. We were happy with his service.
Company has rReasonable prices, very good ordering - quick response, always in touch via WhatsApp. We used their services several time during our stay. Highly recommended.

Our trip was organized in hurry. Tried to book a taxi with different company the previous night. Still no reply. Whatsapp to Zanziworld tours from the airport. Immediate reply at a reasonable price. They picked us (family of 5) up at the airport and transported us to the hotel. Two days later we used them again to Stone Town and for the Stone Town tour. After that for Covid testing and back to the hotel. Abdul was our driver and we were very impressed. The next day we arranged Safari Blue tour and transport through them. Abdul was our driver and guide for the Safari Blue tour. Again we were impressed and really enjoyed the day. We also used them for transport back to the airport. Again - thank you Abdul. Every single time they were punctual, friendly and helpful. I checked their prices with other operators around our hotel and the local village. The other operators start 30% more expensive and then want to meet other prices. Zanziworld Tours give a very competitive price up-front. I will recommend Zanziworld Tours to any one.

Booked the half day Stone Town tour. Overall was good but that was more to do with our experience of Stone Town than of the tour itself. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgable and we covered a lot in the given time. However we were told drinking water and entrances would be included on the tour. We ended up having to buy water ourself (in the sweltering heat with 2 children we had counted on it being provided) plus for entrance for example to Freddie mercury museum we were told by the guide we had to pay to enter, which is not what had been agreed when we booked . I would have booked more trips with the company during our stay but lost trust in what was included.
