This is a very educational and interesting small museum and welcome center for the NewYork Power Authority. We spent some time reviewing the exhibits and watching a 15 minute film. The film explained the process and science of the power plant. We learned a lot.

Expecting a scenic reservoir surrounded by peaceful forests, we found a little museum of the natural environment, scenic views and a historic home all to be toured for free. The friendly volunteer docent provided just enough information not to overwhelm us.
