Lots of printed info and very knowledgeable personnel. It's definitely worth the time. There are also discount brochures for some of the more expensive attractions.

We didn't have any questions but we toured around the store. They have several gift shop areas but it is a tourist trap with the prices.

Very helpful people working there who helped with all our questions. It had to be done a bit differently because of the virus but the employees did a great job.

There were pamphlets and information to take but the best part were the nice people working there. You could ask any questions and they knew the answer. It was also very clean.

This building should be the highlight of the American side of Niagara falls. Instead, it's a rundown place with half of it shut down, the 2nd floor businesses were closed on a Saturday, the top floor (#9) is where you can take an elevator to go to an "observation tower". A what??? It is just a weird store at the top full of cardboard cut outs of people and characters for you to take pictures with - so weird. The first floor has a few very over-priced gift shops - $35 for a knit winter hat??? Seriously, this building could be a mega shopping and food place with breweries, wine tasting, restaurants, shops and experiences. It was so sad to walk through and get the feeling that those who are in businesses there, are fighting for their lives to stay open. Whoever owns this building needs a revamping quick!
