Whole tour in the spacious boat is about 30 mins or so. But the experience will stay for life. Boat starts down stream and move up, passing American falls and then turns back about a 100 feet from horse shoe falls. Even at that distance...More

Great experience! But boy do you get wet! Seeing how we went in November it was quite cold. You get a raincoat but it doesnt keep you real dry...we were soggy all day.

Loved seeing the Falls from the Canadian and US side in both the AM and PM. Definitely worth doing Maid of the Mist. Also, stayed at a Hampton that was walkable to the US Falls so everything was convenient. We did Maid of the Mist...More

Expected to wait in line but it was quiet so we were straight in. Staff member as we boarded was great and full of life, obviously enjoyed his job very much. The boat ride itself was lovely, can't believe how close you get to feel...More

We were able to get on one of the last rides of the season, and it was breathtaking! We got ponchos to keep us dry from the "mist" and the boat wasn't too crowded! Great experience for families, couples or any traveler.

Youve got to get down to the bottom of the falls and get drenched! Nice boat ride to get up close and personal with the falls.

Amazing! You go right into the Canadian horseshoe falls and up close to the American falls. It's a bit wet and windy, but you must do it!

it's best to go on the Maid of the Mist website and check their hours of operation. There is definitely Limited hours during the off-season but I don't know if they close entirely in the winter

In the platform around the docking area there is a washroom. Before you reach the boat there will be a view deck make sure to check that too.
