Ross was an incredible tour guide. He was a wealth of knowledge. He shared so many facts, details and stories for every segment of our tour. He was on time, very kind to us and everyone who knew him at each location spoke highly of him. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour, the time we had at each location and the information we received. We also had amazing weather. Niagara Falls is a must see, hear and feel experience.

It was Ricky's last tour of the Season. He picked us up at the Wyndham on time. He is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. Everyone we encountered was happy to see him. He was everything you could ask for in a tour guide. You folks are very lucky to have him on your team and we tourist are also luck to get him to show us around. It was a wonderful tour and so glad that we took it because you would not have seen what we were shown on our own. He made that day so special. One that we will not soon forgot. What a blessing he was for me and my niece Cara.

Enjoyed very much the spectacular falls and the excursions during the day -- very much enjoyed Ross as five of Ross' Fishes -- knowledgeable, enjoyable guide. We would recommend both him and the tour for anyone contemplating the trip. Even without access to the Canadian side because of the pandemic, this was an exhilarating, beautiful, and wet tour! Thanks to Ross! Hoping Canada becomes accessible again someday!
