The worst bus experience ever!!!! My friend booked a party bus and wine tour with this company. Firstly, they brought a different bus than the one described. The vehicle provided was simply disgusting with a putrid smell and not to mention, there were flies everywhere. We were willing to make the best of things however, the driver Xavier refused to depart until we paid an addition sum in cash that was not originally disclosed. We asked if we could be provided with a receipt of payment but he told us he could not which is unheard of within any reputable company. We ended up making the payment and making our own make shift receipt with his signature. We proceed to depart but then 15 mins later, Xavier pulls over again and demands we make yet another payment to get us to our final destination. At this point, we refused and asked that he takes us back to our initial pick up location which he also refused to do. We all ended up leaving and taking an UBER to our destination. Believe me, this is not even the half of our ordeal. This company is simply despicable with no regard or respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They were rude hung up on me numerous times and when I was displeased with the bus that arrived I was threatened to have my credit card charged if I did not pay them cash. With many bus companies around I will never use one who does not appreciate my service or will belittle their clients again.

Not sure where to begin but here goes, Before I can even inspect the bus Miguel wanted the rest of money upfront and kept badgering me. Before I could take off my jacket. There was no outlet to plug up the laptop and we couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth. Which Brandon And had to listen to radio all night. The bathroom didn’t have running water, in the toilet or sink. How was I and my guest suppose to wash our hands? That alone IS UNSANITARY! When I told Miguel there is no water, he said he threw water ins the toilet to flush it? WHAT???? First time renting a party bus and thought the experience would be great, NOT. No wonder Miguel kept asking for the rest of the money. And when I called Brandon, it rang first. No answer, called back and he sent it to voicemail. DON'T NOT USE ACE LUXURY LIMOUSINE IN NY. BRANDON, STOP SENDING CUSTOMERS BUSES THAT YOU KNOW WASN'T WORKING AS DESIGNED LIKE THE TOILET, SINK, BLUETOOTH.. Someone from Ace Limo did respond say, there is no running water on the party buses. There is hand sanitizer...Sighs Don't use the company.

Horrible and unprofessional, if I could give them no stars I would. I used them for my husbands 30th birthday to take a group of us out east, the party bus was extremely dirty if it wasn't an hour before where we had to be I would have canceled their services right then and there once I saw the inside of their bus. I had to bring a tablecloth to put over the bar area because it was moldy and disgusting, the bus smelt and the seats were sticky and dingy we used wet ones to wipe them down before leaving. If that wasn't bad enough the air condition stop working three times during our 7hr rental and we had to hold open emergency windows while the bus was driving from one location to the next. Also the bathroom on the bus was out of service. As if our experience wasn't bad enough the lack of response to my complaints and screening of my calls from this business was beyond frustrating, to date I have not received a phone call back. One other thing I must add is my husband went to the address listed on google to speak to someone in person, it was a residential home so he did not feel comfortable knocking on someones home door. I hate that I have to write a bad review but everything was so so bad I could not sit back and do nothing. I hope this helps someone else from having a terrible experience and wasting their money.

I initially chose this company because their rates were slightly lower than all of the others, and I was promised a delicious catered lunch for my group of 8 passengers. Never again will I penny pinch! After speaking with Brandon multiple times, and getting an email confirmation weeks in advance my group was stood up! Our limo never showed up for our wine tour and our multiple phone calls and emails still remain unanswered! Our group of 8 decided to UBER from Manhattan out to the north fork so we could still enjoy our day out east. Once we got to our first winery (that was noted on the confirmation email they sent us) the hostess had no record of a reservation for us! They also said this was not the first time Ace limos has done this. I would never recommend this company to anyone. SHAME ON THEM!
