So romantic to ride horses along the shoreline. You forget sometimes all the beauty there is on this Island!

Was here the weekend after Labor Day but still crowded. Nice lazy stroll for 1.5 hrs to beach and back. Great way to spend time. Our guide was phenomenal with her attention to those that had not ridden before. Must be over 12 y.o. and not over 250 lbs (a little over;) ). don't forget sunblock and make sure you... More

My fiancé and I did this as an excursion while visiting his father last summer. A bit pricey but definitely worth the experience. Parts of the tour take you along the beach for a peaceful, beautiful view of the ocean. I would highly recommend wearing long pants and closed toe shoes due to the trails and being on the horse!

We were a group of 5 adults that did the ride to the water and back. It was a beautiful night and the trail was very nice. Nothing special, but god did create beautiful country. The only disappointment was when we got to the beach, we asked if we could stop and take pictures, and the girl that was our... More

We took an evening ride with our family, 4 kids/3 adults. We were each carefully assigned to a horse, and then set off with our guide, Sheldon, who was extremely attentive to our group of young and new riders. We got to the beach on horseback which was breathtaking! Will visit again on our return trip. I loved my horse... More

It was an overcast and cool day in Montauk a couple of weekends ago, so my wife, daughter and I decided to go horseback riding...and we are certainly glad we came across Deep Hollow Ranch. They have a few different options (based on the amount of time you'd like to ride), but we opted for the hour-and-a-half trip that winds... More

Mid-week, pre-season resulted in a private ride with guide Sheldon. He was very patient with the weather uncertainty and I was happy we were able to work it out. I enjoyed the trail/beach ride. There isn't a lot to see in some spots of the ride due to the shrub growth, etc but the lighthouse/pond overlook and the Block Island... More
