A must see when in Montauk is a trip to the historic lighthouse. Set on a bluff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with breathtaking views. The lighthouse also has a small gift shop and a place to buy food nearby.

Always beautiful to see Montauk Point and the gorgeous Lighthouse and waves . The snack bar was nice a good variety in a fair price. Also take a trip up to the top of the lighthouse

A must for anyone going to Montauk. Go there by any means. The views are outstanding and the lighthouse is in a park with acres and acres to walk around. Very nice indeed.

Montauk lighthouse was built during George Washington's administration and continues to protect ships as a landmark from the rocky shores of Montauk Point. It is an historic piece of of the eastern tip of New York State and worth the trip and admission fee.

The lighthouse is about 5 to 6 miles from the town of montauk. That is quite a long walk.

Depends on the time of year. I can't think of any place in Montauk itself that would be only $200 a night in July/August.
