About
Produced by Lieb Cellars, a small farm-winery on the North Fork of Long Island, Bridge Lane is named after the farm road adjacent to one of Lieb’s vineyards and is Lieb’s second label. The grapes for Bridge Lane wines are grown sustainably on Lieb's estate vineyard and sourced from some of the best vineyard sites in New York State. We grow (and find) the good stuff! Bridge Lane produces 5 wines - a white merlot, unoaked chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, dry rosé and red blend - all in a fresh, light, dry, fruit-forward style. Each Bridge Lane wine is available in 4 sizes - 750ml bottle, 3L box, 375ml can and 20L keg - because we're eco-conscious and don't want to charge you a million dollars for good wine. AND because sometimes you want to throw some cans of wine in a cooler at the beach or show up to a party like a baller with a KEG of rosé. Winning!

We chose Bridge Lane Vineyards as they are wisely open later than the other vineyards!! We were able to go after work and sat down at the bar for two flights of wines.
I had the Bridge Lane flight and she had the Lieb flight (their parent company)
Both were excellent and our server knew the wines quite well. She also recommended a great place for dinner after.
So impressed, we walked out with a case and a half of wine!
Wonderful

A very nice place to just chill and taste some wines. The tastings are outside there are many picnic tables and some adirondack chairs to relax in. We brought our own food and they just want you to bus your tables.

Shuffleboard and plenty of grass and open spaces for kids to run around

I had the Tipsy Sorbet at it was amazing.

Nah-uh! Their very fruitful and very tasty rose' now comes in a can! "Perfect for the beach or boat" - but it comes with a disclaimer - which is repeated each time a purchase is made; "Just be aware, each can is 1/2 a bottle of wine. Be careful." They also have the rose' available in a box - 4 bottles worth! This offshoot of the Lieb Winery has taken bold steps to branch into an eco-friendly market.

We enjoyed a tasting of the Bridge Lane Wines as well as a tasting of the Lieb Premium selection. We were quite pleased that there was NOT an unpleasant wine among the selections, although each of us have different wine preferences.

You will be astounded to know (quite unusual on the North Fork these days) the tastings were complimentary with our wine purchase. (There were 4 of us. We split 2 tastings and we bought 5 bottles, plus a 4-pack of cans - so I don't know how many bottles/cans you have to buy to get the free tasting.)

We thoroughly enjoyed our "pourer/hostess" on 8/11/17. (Sorry I forgot her name.) Her youth and enthusiasm for the process and production of the offered wines made the experience quite memorable. Having someone speak to the wine making process; 'telling the story' of the wine is equally as important to tasting the product. Thank you.

As other wineries continue to produce same old - Lieb & Bridge Lane are moving along.

P.S. - Be careful with the can. Sipping wine from a glass is quite different from sipping from a can. Can you sip from a can? No matter what . . . it's a bigger sip, but the can stays cool in a koozie!

We visited Bridge Lane as part of a tour organized by North Fork Wine Tours over Labor Day weekend. The staff at Bridge Lane were very accommodating to our large group of 15 people, and the wines they served as part of our tasting were delicious! In fact, we ended up buying a few bottles to take back on the bus and enjoy for the rest of the day.

The outdoor space has plenty of picnic tables for you to enjoy a snack, and there happened to be live entertainment as well. What more could you want?!

Love this place. First discovered the white merlot in my local liquor store. Then found the Sauvignon Blanc. Both exceptional wines. Great taste. We visited yesterday and they are all great! I love the Rosé as well. Great service and fun vibe in the tasting room.
