Makes you wish winter lasted longer!
Feb 2021
Skiing Titus Mountain is fun for skiers of all levels, the groomers are outstanding, and the ski school is great, but the slopes may not provide sustained excitement for advanced folks. Still, the prices are right, the personnel friendly and accommodating. They make a ton of snow and their season lasts roughly 100 days. I've skied there for years and will as long as I can stay upright!

Terrible terrain park
Feb 2021 • Friends
I grew up here and will always love titus, I actively, nationally compete in slopestyle , big air, rail jam, while pulling in for the first time this year me and the 8 other riders I was with where very surprised by the amount of features sitting in the upper lot. We had called the week prior asking if the full big terrain park was built and open and we where assured it was. So taking our 1 and only run there was a total of 5 features, Absolutely zero maintenance. No jump line. It would be laughable to call this a kiddie park. And then they would not refund are tickets. What happened to your parks. Right now pisgah has a better park. Whitefaces kiddie park has triple the features. I have worked as head of terrain park at . Titus ,Sugarbush, Bolton Valley, catamount, butternut . The amount of effort it takes to build what they are calling a big park one person and a groomer could do it in 4 hrs. I hate to see this and hate to see how much business they are loosing and how many non repeat customers this will cause maybe they will do something abt it 😔

Night tubing was a blast!
Feb 2021 • Family
We went as a family of four for night tubing and had a great time. It was initially very congested but after about an hour, it thinned out and was very manageable. 3 separate sliders and an escalator track to bring you back up. Great price for the amount of time you get on the mountain. Very pleased!

Outstanding family mountain
Jan 2021 • Family
This mountain is a nice escape nestled in the foothills of the Adirondacks. It is family owned and managed. Great smaller mountain with lots of new and updated amenities such as skibanas. My family and friends all enjoyed a day of skiing here - relaxing and low key. Online booking and pass retrieval was quite easy in a COVID environment and lots of staff on hand in New Years Day to help with rental retrieval, information and parking. Highly recommend for a relaxed day of family skiing.

The perfect family ski resort
Mar 2020 • Family
Family owned and operated, the Titus Mountain Family Ski Center has an emphasis on Family all the way around. Whether your family involved the beginner skier, the expert skier, the young, mature or teenage skier, Titas has it.

Small and intimate - easily reachable locally near the Canadian border, or from further away by way of several airports. We flew into Montreal and out of Burlington, Vermont. Other options include Plattsburgh, Syracuse and Albany. There are ski in/ski out cabins on the resort property, and a Holliday Inn Express in Malone nearby.

Logistics done - let’s talk about the resort. From ski rental folks, to instructors, to bar tenders and lift attendants, everyone was friendly and helpful. The trails are wide and well manicured. The lodge is centrally located, so it’s easy to meet up with your group - or just meet new friends to enhance your group. The equipment is all new and in good working order.

As southerners, we were also excited that the altitude was not too night. No adjustment time needed!!!

Here are the extras that really make it fun:

Maple Syrup is made on the mountain! Enjoy the smell, visit the Sugar Shack and try a warm free sample and DO NOT GO HOME WITHOUT your jug of syrup and cotton candy made from the syrup!

Weekend Night Skiing - Friday night is open mic night at the lodge and night skiing on the slopes. This turns out to be an awesome fun happy hour for the parents while the kiddos hit the trails for a “something for everyone” good time.

The tubing hill - well, I cannot even describe how fun that is. Just go.

Luge - Most Saturday’s have a Luge run set up with free lessons and a race with prizes and bragging rights at the end of the afternoon.

The other party facilities - there is an upper lodge perfect for private parties, groups, schools, sororities and fraternities, weddings, family events - whatever. There is usually a big closing weekend celebration with fireworks, but sadly the nationwide shut-down nipped that in the bud this year. That means next year will be bigger than ever.

With an experienced skier, an enthusiastic beginner, a college beginner and a nervous ninny, Titus Mountain was perfect for all of us.

So fun. Just go.

Love it!
Dec 2019
We rented a cabin for New Years and we had an ice storm. The mountain was closed but they opened the lodge for us for meals and offered to deliver anything we needed from the village. What a great week-end we had sliding and skiing before the day of the storm! I love the food, family atmosphere and the music. Awesome!

Fantastic skiing!
Feb 2020
Fantastic ski hill for all levels of skiers. Long runs and multiple mountains to offer fun and adventure for all.

I found there was a lot of staff to ensure a great day however, on busy long weekends, it would be beneficial to have regular washroom cleaning/check-up on soap, paper towels etc.

Great Place to Start if You’ve Never Been on Skiis
Feb 2020 • Couples
If you are new to the sport of skiing, Titus Mountain is a great place to get started. The staff is super friendly and ready to help with all of those newbie questions. They offer a first-timers lesson package and the instructors are very helpful. The bunny slopes are newbie-friendly too, with a magic carpet to practice on before attempting the lifts. Once you are ready for a break from the skiing, you can head over to the snow-tubes and slide away. The tubing is super fun! I highly recommend Titus Mountain for a day of snowy fun.

Fantastic place to ski with kids!
Dec 2019 • Family
Absolutely one of my favorites places to ski. The place has plenty of beginner and intermediate trails and the runs are long and some scenic. I’d absolutely come here again. Wish we were a lot closer! Staff is super friendly also!

Skip the crowds and prices at Whiteface and ski Titus
Mar 2019 • Family
We were in Lake Placid for the ECAC Hockey tournament and had time to do some skiing on the Saturday before the game. We'd done Whiteface before and enjoy the terrain but were really tired of the crowds, high prices, and disappointing ski conditions. So we decided to venture out a little further and tried Titus Mountain. Excellent choice! We hit it on a nice powder day, lift tickets were a great deal, and while the place was busy, we never waited more than a minute or two in a lift line and the slopes were very empty. I really like supporting the independent ski areas, and this is one worth supporting. The snack bar at the base of the southernmost peak served up a tasty lunch, and again the price was right. Yes, the lifts are all older and mostly doubles, but no complaints about that from me. As expert skiers we would have liked to find a little more steep terrain but we found what's there and had some of our best runs of the season. The woods were off the charts great! It was also kind of fun to ski through a tunnel and over a bridge. My only real complaint is the need to do a lot of traversing on flat stretches to get from peak to peak. I hope we can make our way back to Titus more often.
