All IPAs and Lagers when here, typically not my jam as I'm more into stouts and sours but was decent. Nice venue, staff is nice, free popcorn. Good place to meet friends and socialize.

Loved the location, kind of hidden in an industrial area but still an easy walking distance from where we were staying in Queens. The beer was delicious, super flavorful and with a really relaxed atmosphere. Will come again next time we're in NYC!

It was -11°C outside and amid the wonderful post apocalyptic feel of yet "undeveloped" Dutch Kills part of Long Island City there is this hidden gem. Cool brewery with a great selection of brews and a must try porter. 5 star not given due to...More

First stop on a northern Queens brewery outing this weekend. We also went to Big Alice and Rockaway. Loved the setting here at LIC. The selection of beer was perfect, we liked all of the IPA's - wish we could have done flights, but we...More

We stayed in Long Island City specifically to try out the local breweries, and the LIC Beer Project didn't disappoint. Good beers and friendly staff, I think we ended up here three times in a five day trip, because it was handy for our hotel....More

The space is pretty neat. It's located in a sort of an industrial/working neighborhood.. wrecked cars being repaired, street food carts being outfitted etc. The brewery itself is neat and cool. Fair staff. Service is good but a bit slow with lines forming up frequently...More

Not to mention great digs, too. There are aging barrels arranged around the central area. Great venue for a mellow afternoon drink. We tried the "ardent core" which was so delicious I bought a growler of it to go as well. I liked that it...More

Top notch beer... awesome atmosphere and staff. We had an 2 different IPAs and a farmhouse ale both super tasty and a Kölsch that was probably the best example I've had outside of one's from Cologne.

Hang out, play bean bag toss and drink local beer. We sat by the garage door with our child and it was totally chill. Great beer selection and fill your growlers.
