I like the modern feel of the museum. Really trendy. But some exhibit rooms were too hot too hot! Entrance is with any amount of contribution.

I hadn't heard about this place until my friend, a native of NYC, mentioned it as a potential museum spot I hadn't visited yet. I found it to be a delightful surprise. Admission was $10 for a non-resident and non-MoMA member. The location is an old school house with each room set up as a different exhibit from various artists.... More

Huge variety of styles. We skipped the ones we didn't like and still spent a couple of hours inside. Some of the displays are even pretty funny. Some are just brilliant.

I Enjoyed this museum. Modern art. On a Friday night its free.! Saw modern but also traditional art. Starry night of Van Gogh was awesome to see. Amazing how many famous works are in this museum. You can also get a bite to eat here at reasonable prices

A world class museum in an unpretentious part of nyc. Cool. Cool. Cool. Worth a day trip by ferry then stop at Lic flee for a tasty bite or eat in their fabulous cafe. Always interesting exhibits in a spacious, creative environment.

I've been to MOMA PS1 twice, and both exhibits had scary/upsetting sounds emanating from scary old basement spaces. This place is for the psychologically-resilient. The cafe had excellent service and tasty food. PS1 is a good first stop after landing at Laguardia. The coat check will handle your suitcase.
