I have been to several performances there and they are usually good. Prices are affordable but the actors are local and aren't Actors Equity level. Still it is usually enjoyable. Seating is first come first serve and they sell out, except for the Sunday Matinee so reserve early and get there early to get a good seat.

I've been twice and there was not a bad seat in the house. Plays were good, seating a bit cramped. Parking lot is hard to get in and out of.

I only discovered the Curtain Call Theater this year, and am so glad I did. I have now seen three productions and each was unique with superb acting, wonderful sets, lighting and costumes, and great direction. I am amazed that there is so much acting talent in this area.

Most of the people that attend are from the area but a traveler enjoy the plays, The only negative is that you have to stand outside until the doors open and stand on the chairs which is not all that safe. There is no place to keep warm in the winter...!!! Seating is not available

Curtain Call is owned and operated by Carol Maxx, who has been directing and acting in the Capital Region for many years. The quality of the productions is always good. But the theater is very small and there is no reserved seating, so you need to get there early.

My husband and I have been attending performances at Curtain Call Theater in Latham for several years now. The shows are almost always very well done, providing good quality entertainment not far from home. We attended a performance of ":Bakersfield Mist" last Thursday night, June 2. The play had only two characters, both who played their roles very well. I... More

I have been a season holder for several years now.The quality of the sets and acting never disappoints. It is a most enjoyable experience. The theater is intimate. Fridays enjoy complimentary wine and cheese! It is a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours with family or friends.
