A session in the salt cave is relaxing and healing. It's one of the few things that can erase my stubborn headaches. Also, great massages by Jen - in particular - the cupping massage. Soothing and detoxifying. A+!

I honestly don’t know if I buy into the whole “salt having healing properties” deal or if I believe in the “releases toxins” line, but I liked the feeling of being in the dimly lit salt cave & getting my hand massage. I had just...More

This is a Himalayan Therapeutic Wellness Center. The “salt” cave with nice relaxing “zero gravity” chairs is a terrific experience. Others I met go often for breathing disorders or just to relax. Here they also do other types of therapy, including massage.

I checked out the Salt den after getting a gift certificate. I went by myself and actually had the room to myself. It was relaxing but I would have preferred to go with some other people to make it more fun. I didn’t fall asleep...More

Went to the Salt Den in the fall of 2017 to check out the therapeutic salt caves. It was a unique place, clean, quiet with a less than effusive staff. The session was relaxing and calming. I settled into a low beach chair that was...More

Prices are currently $40 for a relaxing hour - a bargain. I've been 4 times so far! Breathing easier. I don't know of any senior rates, but you might call and ask.
