We visited this beach just out of season and it was picturesque, quiet and stunningly beautiful. The water was crystal clear and calm, the beach was clean and the tree lined shore is a sight to see. The beach is pebbly so footwear is advisable. A must visit beach.

Very nice beach, very clean water, very busy. the parking is expansive 100 kunas a day, the sunbeds are also not cheap. The view and beauty of this place is worth the money. The trees above your beds give shade, nice bar near the beach.

It's a very nice and clean pebbly beach, the water is calm and crystal clear and the area very beautiful. As it was said before in other reviews bring reef shoes as the accesses to water could be a bit rough comparing to sandy beaches, if you don't have any, there is no problem to buy as there are many... Brela has stunning beach with clear water. But crowded places at the madrasses. You got a new friend.

If this is just 1 day stop avoid to be ripped off for parking: 5euro/hour. Go deeper in village and park at locals: 10euro/day. Lot of things to do: eat, swim, water sports. The water is super clear, unreal shades of blue. Showers at 100m, pine woods offering shadow and of course the famous rock, symbol of Brela.

First visit to Brela and we loved it! Although beaches are pebbles they are still great and this also means crystal clear water! Plenty of shade but can sometimes get crowded. The scenery here is stunning and we will definitely be returning!

Brela has a stunning beach with the clearest sea. Easy to hire a boat from the beach & travel along the coast to little beaches inaccessible by foot. Parasailing & sea rides are available on the beach. BEWARE....if you travel by local bus, it drops you off on the main road & there is a very steep zigzag road to... More

It is actually amazing that so many are rating this beach as fantastic, but it truly is. It is small, narrow, packed with people and consists of pebbles. But there is a chilled atmosphere, not that many stands ice and fruits, and not many sales people ob the beach itself. The water is crystal clear and fresh and not polluted... More

We stayed in Brela August 2016, it's a small, friendly family resort. The beaches get very busy so try to get there by 11 in the morning. You can hire sunbeds and parasols for 30Kn per day, beach shoes recommended (you can buy these and cheap mats on the beach) Lots of places to buy drinks, ice cream, snacks, crepes,... More

Great beach, pebbly not sand so beach shoes a good idea. The sea is crystal clear. Sunbeds and umbrellas for hire or take your own or sit in the shade of the scot pine trees which fringe the beach. Lots of bars to get drinks and snacks. The downside was it was heaving which I suppose is to be expected... More
