We rafted the Nile with only 4 people on a half-day trip. We had someone cancel out at the last minute, but White Nile still made the trip happen. They were able to add in another rower to help us during the long stretch.
They are committed to safety and make sure that you are comfortable in the water before you reach any rapids. We practiced flipping and retrieval methods. The rescue kayaks were on top of things when we decided that we wanted to flip during the first rapid. They scooped me right up and delivered me back to the boat. We walked around the level 6 rapid and admired its power and took great photos.
That's another thing... They take photos throughout the whole trip and they are complimentary with your rafting fee. They are awesome!! The videographer and the photographer are great and captured everything on our trip. I am super happy with all the photos and videos that were provided!
I recommend longer pants as the ropes burn when going in and out of the boat when you only have shorts on. and DO WEAR SUNSCREEN!
The White Nile Team is a friendly bunch. We came in as clients and left as a family after our delicious buffet lunch that they provided.
I highly recommend adding White Nile Rafting to your Kampala, Uganda itinerary!

I took there my clients last month on 20th of February under deks safaris and tours Africa, I assure you they had the best experience at the nile. I recommend white nile rafting for anyone seeking for great adventures and white water rafting experience in Africa. Jinja being the best adventure city in East Africa, simply plan a visit and experience nature.

I can't speak highly enough about White Nile Rafting. The young men that work here go above and beyond to make this a great experience. We had a variety of ages and levels of comfort in our group and they made sure that each one of us received the level of adventure and comfort we needed. These guys all had smiles on their faces and made sure we kept smiles on ours. We got a little bit of Uganda history as we paddles along the way. They had an excellent photographer who took pictures and videos for us to remember the experience. As well, they provided breakfast, a snack on the river and a fabulous bbq lunch afterwards. I would definitely recommend and use White Nile Rafting again. They surpassed my expectations. I was told not to drink the water in Africa but I can tell you, I drank the water and you should too with White Nile Rafting!!

We enjoyed a perfect day with White Nile rafting. Very professional set up, cutting no corners on safety and quality. A team of 8 people took great care of our family of four during a day trip. We had a great experience and felt really safe and looked after, even with the adrenaline pumping in the white waters of the Nile rapids. Complete with pick up, breakfast and BBQ late lunch. Very satisfied and happy with our choice. Go check them out!

The truth is that this company works really well! From the begining (they pick you up) until the end (drop off) everything is simply awesome!!
The food is really good (hope more meat the next time) and the experience is simply unforgettable.
We did the Five Grade Extrem, and we finish with a huge smile on our face. It was perfect to recive fresh pinaple and some snacks during the rafting. And the photos and videos they do during all the experience is fantastic.
I would really recommend to spend the night on the camping, because you simply feels like at home, and you can enjoy of watching TV, play bilards, o read pice fully on the hamacas.

Absolute consummate professionals in every way. I decided I was going to make a trip to Jinja and raft the day before and reached out to several outfitters. Not only did White Nile respond the fastest, the professionalism and knowledge of the staff was immediately apparent.
The actual rafting part was an absolute blast but the feeling of total safety from having five or six guys on kayaks surrounding the raft at all times was priceless. Great photography including tons of high-resolution pics and videos satisfied my social media bragging rights afterwards. The driver who collected me in Kampala and brought me back in the evening was equally professional and courteous. Can’t recommend this operation enough - while the price is high, it is absolutely worth it for the quality of the experience.

White Nile Rafting team gave us the best river experience, and a comfortable pre and post-rafting experience. Ben our on-the raft guide gave us a cool worthwhile Nile taming adventure and there's also that kayaker (I didn't get his name) who gave me the most thrilling experience in the Bubugo rapids. A professional organized team.

The rafting crew at White Nile Rafting is the best on the Nile, hands down!!!! They pay attention to detail, they tailor your trip based on your interests. Within a few hours you become part of a BIG family. They are a hilarious group that will keep you entertained throughout the day. I can't wait to be back out there with you all. Keep flipping those boats! My family and I had a blast.

This place is very classy. The boat captain is very knowledgeable and I felt completely safe with him at all times. They had a group of safety kayakers with us as well. The place provided breakfast, lunch, and photos/videos included with our package. Highly professional. Excellent experience. I’m a very experienced rafter and I definitely recommend White Nile Rafting.

It was an amazing experience of rafting through extreme rapid waves of River White Nile. I took package of half day rafting which was approximately 17 kilometers rafting in 3 hours. They provided delicious breakfast, lunch and snacks. The receptionist, guides and crew members were very nice and helpful. I felt completely safe while rafting with them. If you come to Uganda, you must not miss this opportunity for.

Hi Cara, Full Day rafting trip costs $125 per person. It comes with free transport (Pick up and Drop off, Jinja, Kampala) delicious breakfast, light lunch on the river, big meal +BBQ and unlimited cold beverages.
