We were on a family RV trip along the Northeast and had pre-paid, weeks in advance, an expensive Lazy River rafting trip for 4 adults with ADK Tubing.com. When we arrived there was absolutely no place to park our vehicle. That was the first disappointment. An employee suggested a side road adjacent to a large ditch! While my husband tried to troubleshoot, I got on line to get our wristbands. I was told the floating cooler option that we paid for was "not available." Second disappointment. Clearly with the amount of people in the lot and waiting on line this company was NOT following New York State Covid-19 protocols of 50% capacity. That was a third and very troubling disappointment. I saw tubes being turned in by folks ending their trip being simply rinsed down with water from a garden hose, thrown back on top of school bus, and not being disinfected in any way. Fourth disappointment. We tried to get a refund and were told NO. My husband and daughter offered to stay behind, as there was no safe place to put an RV, and my son and I tried to get on the trip, with our masks on. The bus left without us, and that was the only way to the river, which was a good distance away. Fifth disappointment. I asked for a manager and was given to a girl who couldn't have been more than 17. No one out of their teens appeared to work at this place, on a busy summer Saturday. Sixth disappointment. And they would not provide a refund or credit of any kind. Unsafe, unprofessional, probably no real competition in the area so they will continue to be busy. But I couldn't forgive myself if I didn't write this negative review, something I rarely do for any business. It is months overdue in part because I did contract Covid at work and had a tough recovery. Tubing season is over until summer of 2021. I hope Adirondack Adventure Center makes some BIG changes to the way they operate by then.

The guide was enthusiastic and the trip was really fun. It was warm enough that we were allowed to jump off the raft and swim for a bit.

This was our first time rafting and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The trip itself was fun for all ages and I will be bringing my kids back for the rafting trip. Our guide made the trip informative and exciting. This was our second trip and the first trip we did the tree top and lazy river and there was also a great experience but the rafting is more exiciting than the lazy river.

Very relaxed, guides were helpful and funny. The time on the water was longer then I thought it would be. Not complaining enjoyed every minute. It was a diverse group. I had my teens but other people were enjoying themselves in a more adult way. Everyone got along. Recommend to anyone

We did white water rafting which was a very fun excursion. The staff on the bus and who helped us on the boat were awesome and informative. Wish the duration was a little bit longer. We were only on the water for about 1-1.5 hours.
