We had the BEST time and Parasail Joe's made it happen. The staff is extremely nice, well organized and well trained. We felt totally safe on their boat and up in the air. I would highly recommend parasailing in Lake George but more importanly I would highly recommend you do it with Parasail Joe's and how can you not like the smiley face parachute looking down on you!!!

We have a party of 6 and planned to go triples. After the first group went up, the captain got the signal that we had to cut our trip short due to wind. The guys were extremely apologetic and offered a reschedule or refund. We rescheduled for a couple of days later and of course it was raining but still safe to fly….. we had a great time! Highly recommend using Parasail Joe!

My boyfriend and I had an absolute BLAST parasailing. We had Robert as our guide and he was fantastic. He took great pictures of us in the air and made us feel safe and secure. We were up there for about 10 minutes, which was more than enough time. The views of Lake George are unmatched from that height, we’re so glad we went on this excursion.
If you are looking to parasail, go to Parasail Joe’s! Our original parasailing was for Friday, but it rained and we asked if we could switch to an available Saturday slot. They switched us with no problem at all and everything went smoothly from there. Thank you to the entire staff for a fun experience! Next time we are in Lake George we will absolutely be coming back to Parasail Joe’s!

Disappointed and a rip-off. We booked from 10a-11a for our 3 kids to go parasailing @$80/pp. What we ended up getting was for them to share the boat with another family. We werent even allowed to go for the ride. Out of the hour, they ended up with a 10 minute parasail for all three at one time and they were back in 30 min. Talk about a RIP-off. They should have been much clearer on their website.

When you’re planning your trip Lake George make sure you parasail with Parasail Joe’s. It is an absolutely awesome experience in every way. My two teenage sons and I had an excellent time from start to finish! The views of the lake and surrounding area are just beautiful and the flight was smooth as silk. The mini haha looked like a rowboat from up there, lol! Our mate Marcus, and our captain, (I can’t remember his name - sorry buddy!) were both extremely knowledgeable and professional and made our trip flawless. We were given the option to get dipped in the lake and we did....
Everything was explained at the booth and we were suited up right on the dock. Hopped on the boat and off we went. Next time we’re in LG we’re definitely going parasailing again, and you know who we’re going with! I can’t recommend Parasail Joe’s enough. Highly recommended!

My family and I visited Lake George this past summer and decided to go with Parasail Joe's for our very first parasailing adventure. We were all a bit nervous, but ended up having an absolute blast. Our initial booking was cancelled due to wind conditions. Communication was quick and clear and we were able to easily rebook. The day of the excursion, we had a private group (due to the pandemic) and our boat left on time. The staff was professional and friendly. They give you the option to dip your toes in the water, which was quite fun. An all around great experience.

Years ago, Parasail Joe's was my first parasailing experience, and they were so wonderful, I've been returning to them every year! They have to juggle weather conditions and always try to provide a staff member to accompany me if the wind is a bit strong (no one in my travel group wants to join me)! They are incredibly polite, professional, and patient, and provide well laid-out details of what to expect. They take excellent photos/videos of your flight and, after, thank you for joining them. Many of the same staff are there year after year, and it's nice when they recognize you and welcome you back! See you guys next year and thanks for everything!

A few friends and I took the parasailing tour on July 25,2020 at 10am, $75 pp +tax. We booked with Brandon and the Captain was Joe the owner. We booked for 9am however we were late. please show up 15 minutes before your scheduled time. we didn't know that. So Brandon took care of us and scheuduled us for the next time which was 10am. Which worked out nicely. So you then get a short tutorial and safety rules. Two crew members on the boat at all times. We were in the air for aobut 15 minutes which was jsut enough time. They have waterproof phone cases on the boat which they let you use for no charge. Nice smooth take off and landing. I highly recommend this tour, you can't go wrong. They have a one, two or three seater. Enjoy!

Honestly I cannot say enough positive. I think this is the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Every single employee was so calm, polite, professional, and friendly. Even with being overbooked because so many groups had to reschedule due to bad weather on the previous few days, not a single employee lost their composure and genuinely seemed to love what they do. This really amplified the whole experience. Parasailing on Lake George was a massive core memory for my girls and they will always remember it. I am so grateful that we went with Parasail Joe’s to create this experience for us! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

We always wanted to try parasailing and finally did it. I searched and read reviews and decided on Parasail Joes because they offer to take your pics with your camera. We could not have had a better time! Marcus was professional and very courteous. He took lots of pics of us and even a short video! The others on the boat were all 'newbies' like us and we all had a blast! One group of 3 even facetimed his mom when up in the air!! Captain Rob was excellent also. The takeoff and landing were smooth as silk and the view is spectacular when you are 100's of feet up in the air. An experience of a lifetime. If you have not done this, go for it. You will be so glad you did!!

How much are photo packages? Can family members go in the boat to take pictures of those going parasailing

They let 1 non rider on the boat in our case, we took pictures ourselves. But I think all depends, they may not let anyone else on the boat on busy days. You should call to confirm.
