plastic chairs in eating area, we arrived at 6.30am - choices - pineapple and yoghurt. plenty of drinks. other side of lounge large chairs and cookies/biscuits.

Not the greatest lounge in JFK or most airports. This lounge provides the basics and will give you a chance to recharge. It is not on par with the airline first/business class lounges.
