Be wary of the back nine and buy extra frisbees, I lost a lot back there. During summer peak time they charge you but off-peak season it's free. Do not do the Disc Golf Course you will lose discs around the back nine...

The grounds coming in are nice and well groomed. The shoreline looks like a dumping ground. Sad. Parking not so good

small state park campground although the park is large- beach, playgrounds, nice nature center. Shower house was clean. we just stopped for an overnight stay while traveling. We did see two bald eagles fly very close to use while we were at our campsite in the morning. Also lots of monarch butterflies.

There is nothing much to see there except the small beach. However, the calm atmosphere with shade trees around provides a soothing ambiance. Great place do nothing and get perked up.

Very nice park and beach located on Lake Erie. Park has lots of space for people to sit around at tables, cook their meals on the grill or just enjoy green grass. Lots of space for kids to play Beach is stone/ sand but again plenty of space to enjoy. Water is clear and once you walk in far enough in the swimming area, the bottom of the lake is mostly sand. Lifeguard on duty. Entry to the park is $7 per day per car. You can leave and re- enter as long as you keep the receipt.
