About
Farm to Glass Tours crafts small group tasting tours to wineries, breweries, distilleries and more. You will go beyond the tasting rooms to see the inner workings of the farm producers of the Hudson Valley. Walk through the vineyards, take in the aromas of the apple blossoms, see hops growing on the vines. Watch brewing and distilling in action and taste right from the barrel!

The Rhinebeck Farm to Glass tour was such a pleasant way to spend an afternoon in the Hudson Valley! Kelley took excellent care of all of us. She packed a hot spiked cider for us, as well as bottled water and snacks, and she was a wealth of knowledge about Columbia County and the Hudson Valley. We went to Hillrock Distillery and learned all about their process of distillation from their own floor malted grains. Matt Perry of Chatham Brewing was so friendly and knowledgeable explaining the process of crafting his beer. And Carlo at Hudson Chatham Winery was warm and welcoming as we toured his fields of grapes with wine in hand. All in all, it was a phenomenal way to spend an afternoon in the Hudson Valley, and I would definitely recommend it!

While Kelley could not plan a tour for us in January, she sent me several recommendations for my visit with 5 ladies. She was right on the money of what we were looking for. Only a kind, passionate, knowledgeable and confident business woman would go ahead and do that. While Kelley did not earn money from us, she earned trust and respect. I hope to tour with her someday!

I enjoyed the tour very much--an impassioned owner of a family farm which has added a distillery gave us a tour and tasting, then Kelley gave us a mixology class, which was lots of fun--we each had a station with all the equipment we'd need and there were lots of ingredients with which we were able to become very creative. Spirit tasting + three creative cocktails = a good thing we had time for a nap before dinner--a wonderful afternoon!

I have not experienced the tour yet. I really wanted to try this tour and have tried all types of communication possible to get into contact. The website has a kink that's making all the words appear as gibberish, so no information was able to be found on the website; it's not navigable. Then I tried calling, but nobody ever picks up. I left 2 messages since Friday (a week ago) but have yet to receive any call back. I tried sending emails, but they kept getting bounced back. I tried many different variations of email address to see if there might have been an S missing or added... nothing worked. IS THIS BUSINESS EVEN OPEN??? why is it so difficult to give them any business?

My husband and I came to Hudson specifically for the Farm to Glass tour after my sister and brother-in-law raved about it and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations! You not only visit a winery, distillery and brewery, but you get to meet the people behind the businesses. You are treated to a personal tour of each one, and get to hear and feel the passion that drives them. Kelley is a font of knowledge having a ton of experience in both the food and beverage industries and she shares valuable information during the short drives in between destinations. Samples are generous and plentiful and I highly recommend the lunch option which is delicious, large, and packed absolutely adorably, Kelley is a real gem and the owners are all fantastic. This is truly a unique and memorable opportunity with special touches all along the way. Don't think twice, book it!

Completely agree with all the positive reviews. Loved having special access to all three venues and their proprietors. Very informative and interesting! And the extras--delicious catered box lunches, goody bags--only added to a very memorable occasion. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went on a Saturday Lunch Tour leaving from Hudson, NY. Kelly was our guide and picked us up right on time. She offered everyone water and we started on our first stop. Kelly was very informative and answered all our questions while we were riding. You can tell she has a passion for the area, for fresh local food, and the local businesses we went to. Every place treated us warmly and you could tell they had a great relationship with Kelly. Our lunch was very good and very filling. All locally grown, raised or made products an d very fresh. There was an option for every diet. You got to sample more of each locations product then if you were a walk-in and got a much more personal experience too.

Kelley is great! We got great tastings at all our stops. This tour is as local as it gets, we got to chat with the people who actually make all the booze/beer/wine and found them very engaging. Highly recommend this tour.

This tour and Kelley's guidance made my fiance and I feel like we were at home in Hudson, instead of first-time visitors. We can't wait to return with our friends to show them the local wineries, distilleries, etc. The lunch (provided by a local caterer whom Kelley has partnered with) is truly as delicious as it sounds. We were so glad we paid a few extra dollars to book the tour that included lunch. To get a feel for the timeline, the lunch tour starts around 10am and takes you to one distillery, one brewery, and one winery and ends in the afternoon. You spend a considerable time touring the grounds at each, and tasting many of the various offerings. Kelley was laid back and friendly with both us and the business owners at each winery and brewery we visited, so everyone felt like old friends.

We recently experienced Kelley's Farm to Glass tour while spending a weekend in Hudson. This was time and money well-spent.

You can read the other reviews here for Farm to Glass (interesting to note that they are 100% 5-star ... I'm always skeptical of those situations but in this case it is deserved) if you want to get an overview on the places visited (Harvest Sprits, Chatham Brewery, Chatham Hudson Winery).

To me, of equal importance to these 3 venues is the value that Kelley brings to the equation. We took a flyer on booking this experience based not only on these Trip Advisor reviews but also on the suggestion from Mount Merino Manor (the B&B where we were staying). We thought, "Hmm...+4 hours with strangers ... this could go either way..."

Long story short, Kelley really made this experience. She picked us up right at our B&B in her swank minivan, complete with snacks and special beverages. She has a great way about her that sets everyone at ease and really sort of grounds her tour participants in the very "local-ness" that the Hudson Valley is all about. She has (smartly, rightly) capitalized on this Farm to Table movement that's sweeping the area and the value-add her is that you feel a part of that movement and experience it first-hand through the lens of a woman who made the decision to leave the city and live in this area because of the love of food and beverage and place.

So for me, seeing the countryside go by while hearing her personal story and her take on culture in this area was the real core value. The 3 location experiences (Distillery, Winery, Brewery) were value-add and definitely delivered on the value-proposition of the advertised experience.

If you have the time to spare on one of the days you are in this area I highly recommend it. You'll always remember the time you took to do something really different. After all, you have to ask yourself why you're visiting Hudson, NY in the first place! It's to do something just a little bit different, right?!

Cheers and have fun on the tour!
