We were guided to Ravines by our innkeepers and it was a great choice. Only sorry that we were not able to visit on a day when the restaurant was open because the reviews were excellent. Our tasting with Paul was probably the most professionally conducted on this trip. He carefully checked newly opened bottles to make sure we were... More

There are many wineries on this road, each one different. This particular winery has dry wines, but even if you don't like dry wines, it's worth a stop. I don't like dry wines, but their Ayre wine is very good. The winery was clean, I was greeted pleasantly, and our server (Victoria) was very sweet. The cheeses and chocolates that... More

I'm a wine snob and pretty particular about wine, if you enjoy dry wine from the finger lakes region you must stop here! The dry Riesling and Gewurtztraminer is great! They also have a wonderful Meritage you must try.

We stopped at Ravines while on a driving tour based on recommendations on TA and thought it was the best experience of 3 Finger Lakes wineries. While visiting there was only one other small group so we had lots of attention from the server. He was very knowledgeable about local wines, the Ravines wine maker, and how NY wines compared... My wife and I had a bad tasting last year. We came again because it was part of the BBQ festival. The wines were not very good and the server (Sery) was awful! We were here with another couple and when he poured our wines he did not say anything. I had to ask him what i was tasting. I... More

We arrived late afternoon on Saturday. It was fairly crowded. Our wine tasting server spent the entire tasting time talking with one fellow and pretty much ignored his girlfriend, the three of us and the two older ladies at the end of the bar. We had to wait between tastes and there was no explanation of what we were tasting.... More

Looked to be popular with the locals. Friendly staff and great dry wines. We enjoyed the view. We were surprised to see visitors boat to the winery. Great stop on the Keuka Lake Wine Passport.

I really enjoyed the tasting I did here. It was a busy holiday weekend and they managed to fit me right in with the many people they were already working with. The quality of the wine is very good and the staff was very knowledgable. It was recommended to me by a local who also has a love of red... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting paired with the different cheeses. We found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. If you like Chardonnay, theirs is very good in my opinion. My one suggestion would be that they offer some seating so customers could enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. Groups of 6 or more... One of my favorite wineries. Great tasting experience. Great wines. Beautiful view of Keuka Lake. Visited recently with my daughter.
