I would call to be sure. There is some pavement so that would allow for wheelchair access. The path along the water is not paved. The cafe is on the main level and the restrooms as well. Access the porch through the cafe. The view is lovely and the food delicious
Bit of a walk from parking to main entrance of building where cafe and restrooms located. Not far, but far if disabled. Depending on circumstances, may want to pull up to building and get settled then have someone park the car
Hope that helps!
