Just terrible. Conditions unsafe. Majority of the mountain closed. Rude staff. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

Sadly I can’t recommend

Kissing Bridge used to be a fun place (I grew up skiing here), but now they seem to consistently close the south and north ends of the resort, offering only a limited number of hills. In addition, their staff is extremely rude.

Beauty Day @ KB
Mar 2018 • Couples
Just returned from a fantastic day of skiing at Kissing bridge. The conditions were perfect, the liftlines short and the price....only $15!!!!! We got there around 10:00 and skied central until lunch. We had a great plate of chicken nachos and the service in the restaurant was friendly and very attentive (thanks Sally). Headed back out and skied south for while.. then headed north. The place was almost wide open, with the exception of only a few trails. The snow was perfectly groomed and still had a great base. Next to the great skiing, I think the highlight of our day was sitting around the firepit below the Holly quad lift enjoying a cold beer in the sunshine.
I almost forgot how much I love the this place. Great skiing, friendly staff, teriffic facilities and the charming laid back atmosphere you don't get at the "Valley".

Great Job KB...thanks for a fantastic day!!!!

Great skiing experience!
Mar 2018 • Family
We visited here for the first time this year - flew in from out of state and chose Kissing Bridge because of it's location. But we loved it!

The people were friendly and helpful as we bought our tickets. They helped us hurry along to get our daughter to the snowboarding lesson she signed up for - starting just 15 minutes after we arrived. She made it and took a group lesson without any other students - so 1.5 hours of instruction for the group rate! The instructor, Len, was fabulous!

We liked that most customers were families just like us. Everyone was just spending time skiing with their families and there weren't tons of unsupervised tweens/teens like so many ski areas we've visited.

Food is as expected. You don't go to a ski resort for gourmet, but burgers and fries. Not too cheap or expensive - just what we expected.

The snow was nice. Lifts were fine. We will likely return.

The only good thing about this place is location!
Mar 2018 • Family
Sad to say but this place is going down hill , every year it gets worse. Besides the lack of food and quality in the cafeteria and restaurants , the hills aren’t groomed and the some of the women at the ticket office have a bad attitude! Yes , you know who you are ! When you purchase a 10 pack they also make you pay more money to use your own passes for family or friends . Pathetic !
Spend the extra time and money and head to holiday valley! You won’t regret it !
KB used to be the hot place to go and seemed like it was ran very well . Not anymore people , not anymore !

Affordable Winter Sports Destination
Dec 2017 • Family
Kissing Bridge is a ski and snowboard resort in Western New York with a vertical drop of 600 feet serviced by nine chair lifts. Approximately 20% of the Kissing Bridge runs are easy (green), 50% are intermediate (blue), and 30% are difficult (black). My kids (ten and eight) are still learning to ski, so kissing Bridge is more than enough hill for them. The lifts are dated (slow) and some are very uncomfortable. And the lodges are definitely showing their age. But the runs at Kissing Bridge are well kept and not too crowded. I like how you can easily move about from one part of the hill to another. I also like that Kissing Bridge is in a valley; the wind is never an issue. Lifts start at 9:00 weekdays and 8:00 on weekends. Tickets at Kissing Bridge are reasonably priced at $60 for adults and $50 for juniors. Night skiing (3:00 to 9:00 [10:00 Thursday to Saturday and 8:00 on Sundays]) is available. There is also a terrain park. Lack of adequate signage on the hill is a bit of an issue. Food at Kissing Bridge, like at most ski and snowboard resorts, is expensive and nothing all that special. Overall, we found Kissing Bridge, despite its advanced age, to be fine for our intermediate-level skiing needs. We will be back.

Great and Close to Home
Jan 2018 • Couples
Been here and love this place due to the unpacked hills, great staff and the proximity to home. It is about 45 min form the Fort Erie border, so it is nice and quick to get to. There are discounts available at the Peace Bridge Duty Free, if you are going mid-week.
Their staff is nice and friendly, prices are reasonable to ski for the day.

We travelled there on a Monday, and there was no crowds, lots of fresh snow which was great. Most of the runs we only encountered a small handful of people, and the chair lifts it was every 8th one was occupied - to give you an idea of how few people there were.

Had a wonderful time here and cant wait to come back.

So much fun!!

What a great way to spend the day with your kids. Hills are a good size for beginners & more advanced skiers. Nice lodge, good food selection in restaurant & a relaxed comfortable atmosphere where kids can be kids. Visited on a Friday so the afternoon skiing was just right. Got a little busier at night & kids lessons were running which occupied the beginner hill. A little tricky to navigate around lessons when kids are beginners themselves but overall worked out fine. Feel it's a great place to spend the day with your family & we will definitely be returning.

Lot's of Potential - But Mismanaged
Jan 2018 • Family
First the good: great mountain for beginner and intermediate skiers. Great kids program and lessons. Nice variety of trails. South area is exceptionally scenic and uncrowded. Close to Buffalo and Canada.

Unfortunately, outside of the geographic benefits, KB is extremely disorganized and mismanaged. It would be unfair to compare KB to the resort 20-min to the south that gets millions per year in economic development incentives; it's in a different league. That said, basic operations management is non-existent and frustrating to say the least. On a recent weekend trip:

- Arrive to be directed to park in overflow parking near North. A dozen cars are sent down to park near the bridge leading to North. After 20-minutes, no shuttle has shown up, so everyone carries their gear a half mile to Central to find the shuttle driver sitting in his idling truck. Why didn't anyone radio him to let him know they were parking cars at North?

- Heat is broken in Central lodge on a 15 degree day (last year there was no water one weekend and bathrooms were out of order with thousands of patrons). Constant maintenance issues.

- Spring promotions are run for 10-packs and season passes, including "buy now and get a free guest pass". The following Winter, passes aren't mailed out, no one remembers or is aware of what the promotion was supposed to be, ticket agents feud with customers until they ask a manager who informs them of the promotion, etc.

- No concession service open in either Central or North on a Sunday.

- Despite long lift lines at Central, only one lift is operating at the base of Holly. The other one is shut down.

- All lights on Snowball are off / not working, despite being open for night skiing.

Many of the families we have skied with over the years have made the transition to head to HV despite the longer drive. These are customers KB will likely never get back. I've held on but am beginning to question that decision. It's as if KB management lacks even the most basic of "common sense" management skills, is simply apathetic, or is purposely driving the place into the ground.

If you can get past the incompetence at the base, once you are up on the mountain it's great, but you'll need to be a judge if it's worth it.

Fun skiing day
Jan 2018 • Couples
We went on a Monday and it was the right kind of quiet. Most of the runs we were alone or encountered one or two other skiers. There was no wait time for the ski lift. It had just snowed that day and the runs we well maintained and a beauty to ski on.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the ski lodge wasn’t anything to write home about, but it hit the spot and wasn’t too expensive.

Was a great day and would happily come back.
