Catch trains to Waterloo from here and also trains to Reading. Station is old but we'll looked after and there always seems to be railway staff around. Many self service machines outside and easy to use. There is a ticket office inside but it is...More

A lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. Not a lot of parking and a parking ticket has to be bought from the station ticket office ... The staff on duty are always very helpful . Can't wait until you can use...More

I know it's not the fault of the station that on the two occasions I've had cause to travel to Staines (for the same court case) my train has been an average of fifteen minutes late, but I can't reasonably disassociate the station from the...More

I wouldn't choose this station for Royal Ascot, every train that came through was manically overcrowded, so much so we couldn't actually get on the train

I know it's not specifically the fault of the station but the train operator, but leaving Staines the trains are usually delayed and it's not exactly a station with lots to do, but it does fulfil its purpose. There's a roof overhead on both platforms...More

Easy to use, easy to find, with staff that are helpful, Staines railway station is an asset to the town. Hard to think of much else to say, just a nice small town station.

We used this every day for a week, and got to know the friendly staff well (I think the dog got us noticed). The manned ticket office were very helpful with our varied requirements, and the train service itself to Waterloo, Kew, Hampton Wick, Richmond...More

Staines railway station has two self service machines outside and manned ticket office inside. As others have said the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are cafes inside and outside the station and some mini cabs wait here as well. Staines centre is a...More

How close do you need to be? There are some residential streets nearby that could permit road parking - just watch the signs.

No you can't. There is a big campaign to do so but Feltham is the furthest out on this line that you can. Local Busses do however. If you can afford the time the 117 takes you to Feltham. Or buy a ticket to Feltham; get off... More
