Not the most beautiful desert I've seem, but it's the door to Sahara, so one should respect it. The pools are very open and near an army base, so if you like private things, avoid it. Accommodations in the place should improve.
My husband and I stayed at the campground in this location. The tents are made of some type non insulating fabric. They are equipped with rudimentary beds, sheets and covers, all of which is not comfortable clean or appropriate to the cold nights.
