We totally recommend this tour! We started at the helipad, left our bikes and were taken to the start point by car with others. Please note that our group was quite large - about ten people. We started our trip there and it was so good, the views are stunning and our guide was very, very infomative and attentive to everyone. Please note, that it’s not a tour to a “lost private beach” - you will meet other people there, and our group even had to stop sometimes to wait so that we don’t cross with other groups. But its ok, because everything is organised perfectly. At the beach you”ll have a fruit plate, and a lot of tome to enjoy yourselves. Advice: please take at least 2l of water per person and clothes that cover your legs, hands and shoulders - otherwise you”ll get heavily sunburnt. And shoes should be comfortable for climbing. Take a dry swimsuit so that when you finish your stay at the beach you could put on something dry and continue your journey. At the and we put on our coral shoes and finished the trail by walking in the water, arriving to Anse Source D’argent. There is a way to leave it without paying the fee, your guide will instruct you how to do that upon arrival (we’ve alredy paid our fees the other day, so we decided not to pay twice) We paid for the tour in cash at the very end. Then you take your bike and that’s it)

I went on the Anse Marron guided tour. Our guide was Michel. As the title of my review says, it was by far the best experience on my whole trip to Seychelles.

La Digue is beautiful island and this tour allows you to see southern coast of the island which is not the place most visitors of La Digue get a chance to see. This part of the island is not accessible on foot without local guide. The path goes through some tricky parts and you also have to climb few granite rocks. The guide knows the best way to go through it and will assist you in case you need it.

You start the hike on Grande Anse and after about hour and a half you arrive on beautiful and well hidden Anse Marron beach. The beach itself is surrounded by rocks which forms a natural pool. You will stay on a beach for one to two hours and your guide will prepare light lunch (fruit, samosa).

After the lunch you continue the hike for another one and a half hour until you finish on famous Anse Source d’Argent beach.

Michel was outstanding and very funny. We made several stops and he provided us with interesting information about local fauna and flora. He made sure everyone of our group felt safe and enjoyed the whole experience.

I booked the tour by email I found on their website. Robert, the owner of the agency, replied almost instantly and I was able to join the tour on the very next day.

Please, if you visit La Digue do not hesitate and book this tour. I assure you will not regret every single penny you pay for it. Make sure you wear proper shoes and take enough water with you.

Robert is an amazing tour guide. He guided us through espectacular beaches (Anse Marron, Anse Source D'Argent) by feet and in a private boat, opened coconuts for us, climbed the tree, talked about the unique birds and trees in La Digue, and the best part, he prepared a delicious food for us with super fresh fish, fruit, oranges, coconut, etc all included in the price, IT IS REALLY WORTHY. I would repeat for sure. He is generous and took care of us at every moment!!

We participated in Anse Marron tour trail. There was perfect communication with Robert via WhatsApp.
Our guide was his cousin Warren. Warren is great guide - perfectly knows path, present us with the facts about local plants and animals, prepared for us delicious fruit platter and taught us how to open the coconut.
Definitely recommend Robert or Warren to choose as your guides for Anse Marron tour trail or other activity on La Digue.

We took the tour today not with Robert, but with Michel. It was all jn all one of the best days we had in the Seychelles. We saw the best beaches in la digue, it was a bit of climbing which was fun. We got a great lunch with fruit's, samosas and banana bread. Michel was a perfect guide, looked out for everyone, was very nice and took the time to explain on detail the wildlife and flora of the Seychelles. Highly recommended!

This was so far our best experience in Seychelles! Discovering Anse Marron (one of the most beautiful beaches in the whole world) through an adventurous hike was just priceless. We were a small group of 5 persons and all of us were happy how Sunny trail organized the tour. We felt safe ( yes, you definitely need a guide who know the path and help you to climb the highest rocks, don't try to do this alone) and excited, was a real adventure no one should miss! The lunch they served us was delicious and we felt we had enough time to enjoy every single moment. I wouldn't reccomend it if you don't have a minimum of phisycal shape or if you suffer the heights (nothing to be scared about but remember this is adventure and sometimes is going out of confort zone). Thank you Robert for your assistance and Aron for having guided us in the safest way! SUPER reccomended|

We were actually 3 groups from Sunnytrail. But as I could see all guides were professional. My family and a young couple from Romania were in last group and our tour guide was Robert. He really knows his job. Some passages were quietly difficult or seemsed a little bit dangerous but he explained us step by step what to do. This trail is great adventure a definitelly it is one of " you must to do" BUT NEVER GO without a guide unless you are local. Robert new perfectly the timing acording to low tide, which is necessary to pass some passages. When we arrived to Marron beach we got a lunch from local food and fruits, prepared by Robert and on the beach he showed us what is bouldering about and we could also try it. My husband and son ( 9 years) did it. We have great memories and photos.

We did the Anse Marron Tour together with Warren and we would do it any time again! He helped us master any difficulty on the trail with ease and prepared a delicious fruit plate for dinner while we were bathing in the tidal pools. What I really find remarkable, is that they collect every waste they find on the tour and thus keep the beaches tidy. So bring a bigger bag on the tour to help them carry the waste.

The trail was so good!!!
The way was so beautiful.
We’ve been with Robert’s brother - andres. He’s explained about everything we asked, he’s took a lot of photos of us, and he’s so professional, nice and patient.
He’s also make us a fruit plate and samosa and another local food, but we are gluten free so I don’t know how it’s taste like but it’s smells awesome and looks good!
Very recommend for everyone

I have 3 very important advice if you will make this trail:
1. TAKE A GUIDE WITH YOU !! Do not even think to do it without a local guide, because it is easy to get lost and one really has to know the way very well to do it safely.
2. Take at least 2.5-3 litras water/person. You will need it!
3. Put good shoes on your feet, not flip flaps.
It is a really rocky trail, a lot of walking across big cliffs, but walking through forest also. In the end of the trail walking in the water too.
We can highly recommend to do this trail, because it is so unique nature.
It took almost 6 hours ( 1 h break to swim and eat during the trail).
