Geneva has enough architecture and food to keep you interested besides all the vineyards around the whole lake... F.L.X. needs a rez 2 months prior before dining but well worth the experience.

Plenty of big parking lots by the Opera House- park and explore on foot. Lots of narrow streets lined with shops. Not far to walk to lake. Fun for anyone who likes older buildings- be sure to see the old YMCA- lovely!

We drove by the historic downtown area after visiting the Geneva History Museum - which provided an overview of the various types of architecture in town. The town is well preserved with many of the buildings dating from the last half of the 1800s.

Very nice and very clean downtown. Very few empty shops so it made for a nice experience. Parking was no problem. It is a beautiful old city.

Best place in Geneva to just walk around and notice the architecture, old buildings and the downtown boutique shops. Plenty of great places to eat and people watch.

Nice downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Beautiful old architecture to admire on Main Street. Main Street East ends right at the end of Seneca Lake with a wonderful park and paved paths.

Something to do that isn't a winery. Old, quaint town with shops of all types. In the shape of a T, the walk is not far for anyone having trouble.
