Worst company ever! Nick lies and tries to cheat you. He quoted me a price, he then said I will get back to you after speak to dispatch to see if we can get you a better price. I did not hear back from him over 24 hours later so I followed up. He then changed the original price on me and increased it by $1000 and said prices change everyday. Mind you I was ready to lock in on the original price he quoted me. Not I’m stuck without a party bus for my teenagers birthday party if 60 people. Horrible business. I do not recommend them.

Do Not book Falcon Tour if You have an important event like your wedding.
I booked Falcon Tour for my wedding day. 30 person Bus with Bathroom, pickup from my house.
At 10 am when the bus was suppose to arrive, it did not show up. Called the driver and was told that the driver did not have the correct information.
Not only the driver's paperwork said 10:30 am pick up, but also his pickup location was the first location we were suppose to reach. I had to take 2 cars on my wedding day to drive 50 miles to reach my first stop. The bus of course had no Bathroom, even though i was assured over the emails from the sales that it will have a bathroom.
The bus barely fit 17 people and we could not accommodate more people that we planned to bring onto it.
At the end of the night the driver demanded $600 tip as he said it was 20% of the bus price. Falcon did not even provide the bus but sold the contract to another company. I made a claim with Venmo to get my second payment refunded since the services that I booked were not provided as in the agreement, but the first half of the payment went through zelle so nothing could be done about that.
Do Not Use Falcon if you want to have a stress free event. They are unprofessional and incompetent to run a bus company. Be Aware !

Scam!!!! Be warned! They showed up in a broken down van with seats that weren’t attached to the floor! The “tuxedo” dressed driver was wearing a hoodie and jeans and the van was falling apart! We paid $1700 for a 30 person party bus and got a broke down death trap. There were no drinks or cup, no ice or water. The cooler that was sliding around on the floor was filled with water, not bottles, just water! The entire vehicle was held together with duct tape and smelled terrible! AVOID!!!!

This was the worst party bus experience I’ve ever had. The driver refused to pick us up at the certain location, made us run across a freeway, got in an accident, made us all Uber home, and the company refused to refund us. Do not use this company.

Do not book this company, I repeat... DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.
I booked a party bus for my daughter's thirteen birthday. I paid the deposit and was told that the balance should be paid in cash. Their driver Ivan stole the cash and claimed I only him partial payment. I gave this guy additional $300 tip and can you believe he reported I only gave him $100!!

I recently had the pleasure of booking a trip through Falcon Tour Travel, and I can confidently say that they are the best service provider I've ever encountered. From the initial planning stages to the final farewell, every aspect of the journey was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Great experience, great guide, Khalifa was so nice, and we had the best time!!! But take swimsuits and towel, the beach is beautiful and the water is nice, warm and super clean. Would do it again!
