Love spending a couple of hours browsing and shopping at Fly Creek. Lots of samples of the foods and drinks they sell. Quaint shopping. The have an area where you can feed geese, ducks and chickens. During the fall is the best time when the apple press is going and fresh cider is being produced.

Greatest cider ever but stay away from the snack bar ! Had the pot roast sandwich and it was a single piece of dry meat on a cold hard bun. Real disappointment - when complained to owner he promptly refunded our money and promised to do better next time. They should stick to cider, overpriced and not very good at... More

We stopped by here on our way out of Cooperstown. I had some hard cider in Cooperstown and wanted some to take home, so we made an impromptu stop and I planned for it to be quick, but that wasn't the case. The store is actually quite large and offers a lot of products to sample and see (from Christmas... More

Enjoyed a quick visit to the cider mill. Wow, what a selection of products! Dip mixes, salsas, jams, jellies, cheeses, and yes, cider. They encourage sampling of many of the products. Looks like the kids would have fun at this place in the fall.

Nice store with great variety of items. Staff is very friendly. Delicious cider. They show a video of how they make the cider and you can view their mill - very interesting and well made video. Would definitely recommend this as being one of your stops when in the area!

I visit Fly Creek every summer when visiting upstate New York from North Carolina. Yesterday I visited Fly Creek for the first time since last summer. They have rearranged the store which makes it easier to get around and find what I'm looking for. They now have two staircases leading upstairs. We have our favorites that we buy each visit... More

Close to Cooperstown and has a variety of ducks, geese and chickens to feed, as well as many food samples. Great New York State cheeses!!! Products are varied and mostly well priced. Outside the main shop is an Ice cream/snack stand. We got a 4 pack of the hard cider but didn't buy any of their regular cider as we... More

This was an unscheduled stop on our trip that turned out to be one of the trip high lights. From the opening welcome by the owner til the end. Far too many samples to do all (salsas). A taste of all wines available. Good wine selections. We did not go away empty handed. Need a gift? Check their web site.... More

Compared to many local wineries that charge a fee for tastings of their products, Fly Creek Cider Mill offers free tastings of their beverages which includes hard ciders and apple wines. They also offer free samples of 40+ food products every day! Visitors will find it hard not to want to bring home a few of the products they offer... More
