Lol this casino is a joke. Not worth the time going there spend several hundred dollars to not get any bonuses and when you do get one you only win few dollars 20 bucks probably not really winning considering you put hundreds in. It's unbelievably quite in there doesn't feel or sound like a casino at all. Horrible just a money sucking place.

I agree with the other patrons that have been coming to Finger lakes gaming and this does rate way below the payouts of other casinos. I have traveled across country many times and have seen much better payouts at other casinos. The only thing I can say good is the staff is decent most of the time. I have eaten at many buffet casinos and this one is below everyone else and charges top dollars. Tasted like day old food. Salad bar was the best part of it. Have been coming here for years and years before they had slots. When it was exciting. Not anymore...

Don't go here. They are the only gambling place in the whole area still requiring I'd from everyone to enter. They are so backward on this and when you question why, you get told to leave. They have tightened their entry since covid and it seems like they don't want people to come. That issue along with tight machines and bad food, there is nothing there for me. Go 20 minutes down the road and enjoy Del Lago instead.

The worst! They have taken COVID precautions to the extreme; to the point of making patrons feel paranoid, not safe. Go to Batavia Downs or Del Lago where you will feel safe, yet welcomed. Also, slots are tighter than any other casino I have been too, and I have been to a lot.

I went to play a little. I won $700 but they took $538f for taxes owed. I don't understand why they do this. I would have taken care of the taxes during tax time. They are in Kahoot with the State. When you lose they don't report it. Totally unfair.

Never been here for nightly entertainment, but the slot machines seem to never payout. My wife does not like to gamble but she would go with me and loved playing Lobstermania. You could play for an hour and loose a little money. They did away with it. The last three times we went have not one anything.

The Casino was great ! My mom won big bonuses and prizes. I won’t small prizes yet I was still happy, comfortable, relax and entertained. The staff were very respectful and attentive. I truly enjoyed my experience.

Last minute decision and no, not a disgruntled loser. Walked in looked around, asked a slot rep where the dollar machines were. She said they are scattered around the floor. Saw another, same thing. Found a young man 3rd time, his response was “I donno”. So, I asked him, who knows? Does anyone know? Anyways, walked around some more with no luck. I did walk out with $1700 though playing several dine machines. I worked in the industry. When you don’t know, you ask. Poor customer service but clean and well kept.

Had a great time at Finger Lakes Gaming and Casino. Staff was friendly and professional and had a large variety of new games. The Buffet was very good with a full selection of different foods to choose from.

This used to be a fun place to go. Now all they have is non-paying/non-fun machines. They've taken out all the good ones and replaced with boring ones. the food is ok. They also used to send you good coupons for the food and give-aways but now???? NOTHING. Wrote to Manangement 2x now and no response. Guess they don't care if you return . Going to tell all I can about how your casino is and when you lose all of your long dedicated players maybe you'll listen.

Minimum Age Requirements: Finger Lakes Gaming and Racetrack policy is that no individual under the age of 18 will be allowed to place a pari-mutuel wager or play any video gaming machines. Furthermore, no one under 18 is allowed on the gaming floor.
