Don’t charge for people like grandparents who bring their grandkids and will not ride any rides
Only give bracelets to riders ! This isn’t Disney world. !!!

In todays world , security should be better. Upon entering we had to
Open our bags at a table where two very young girls were working . They didn’t even look in our bags

Waited very long for Ferris wheel because they were only filling up 4-5 cars. Others were empty. When i questioned the worker he said that it doesn’t work properly if not balanced - safety concern !!!!

These are very serious concerns and should be corrected if they have the nerve to charge what they do

The new “everyone pays” to enter riding or not has killed the fun we used to have over our 15 years coming here. Making all adults pay to enter is unfortunate. This is a nice park but being forced to pay $34 as an adult to supervise my kids is gouging.

They should offer a non rider bracelet at no cost.

Adventureland changes entry pricing policy and now everyone must pay at least $30 to just gain entry into the park whether or not you will ride any of the rides. In the past, an adult paid for the POP and used the bracelet to ride with a child on any ride. Now if you are just accompanying others who want to ride you must pay. This is a ridiculous policy and one which must be undone! My family and I including many friends will not go into Adventureland - simply not worth it. This is not a Disneyworld!!!
On another note, my daughter with my grandchild are waiting over an hour on line to get into the park with previously purchased tickets.
Their policy on entry and using tickets are far from a kid friendly park adventure.
Boycott Adventureland. There are plenty of other amusement areas in the tri-sate region!

This place is a complete rip off they make you pay even if you're not going to ride any of the rides so you cannot watch your grandchildren enjoying themselves without having to Shell out $30. The food is atrocious the park is filthy and quite frankly they should call the board of health on their restaurant area. Believe me don't waste your money you should also know that the rides are not checked on a regular basis and two of them have literally fallen apart while they were operating. This place needs to be shut down and checked for safety measures.

Like most Long Islanders, I’ve been going to Adventureland since I was a kid. As a parent, I enjoyed taking my 3 kids here and watching them go on rides. But now that they are charging adults over $30 to get in, it’s no longer cost effective for my family. My husband and I do not go on rides, so we would be basically throwing money away. It now costs over $200 for my family of 5 just to get in to the park! I would rather use that $200 towards Six Flags or Hershey park. So disappointed in Adventureland for taking away an affordable family activity on LI.

This use to be a good place to take the kids. Now it’s not affordable. I’m the past I would buy a season pass for my three grandkids and I would take them 5-6 times for a few hours for a little fun, and I would buy 10 tickets for myself and go on 1 ride occasionally. Now they charge an admission fee for everyone entering the park, so it will cost $31 for me to walk around and watch the grandkids.
Well unfortunately I will not take the kids here anymore. It’s cheaper to go to a town fairs or festivals where I can walk around for free and spend less. I could understand a huge amusement park but this is not Great Adventure

The fact that charging for no riders is an afront to anyone that does not care to go on rides or has a dissability that does not allow them to go on rides. It is bad enough in this economy that parents that bring children to your park but to charge$29.00 per person is disgraceful. I will never come back to a park the at one time was a fun place to visit.

They refuse to give you a cup of water for free and make you pay. The prices are insane. A worker took my drink and threw it out because I put some ice from my friends cup into mine and refused to give me a new cup. I am never spending another dollar there again!

First time visiting as an adult with kids (ages 10 and 12). It was terrific. Bought tix online and pretty much walked right in upon arrival. The layout of the park is simple to navigate. Lots of benches, misting fans, and shaded areas for when we waited for the kids to come off their rides. Lines are short. The snack bar food was surprisingly good. The snack bar and arcade were clean and well-lit. Believe the signs at the flume: you will get DRENCHED!

a great park close to home! Its not cheap, but pay one price and play all day!
Something for everyone! Great for little kids, teens and Adults.
Much larger than it used to be. So much easier than traveling to Great adventure or Disney. only bad part... Its a shame if you are just a chaperone for kids, still have to pay to enter!
