This place unites all of Fairport- The War Memorial, the Nook where we all had special memories and the Potter House. Recreation areas are also on the grounds.

I lived many years in Fairport, NY and visited this park which was right up the street from my house. During the summer, it is a nice park to relax and during the winter one can see skaters on the ice there enjoying themselves.

Potter Park (the locals always call it Potter Memorial) has been part of my life since I was a little kid. The war memorial is beautiful, newly restored, and the old mansion is historically significant. An invaluable piece of local history

It was chilly outside but the park was clean and I appreciated the walk- it was paved and wide enough for me to walk and a biker to pass me without either of us needing to leave the path.
