First Arena, home to the Elmira Jackals (Ice Hockey). Was there for the Elmira PBR. Professional Bull Riders event. Not so much a rodeo as a rodeo has many events. Lots of contestants rode and many regional participants were part of the mix. It was good to see some local talent. Production was well done. Good announcer and entertainment. The whole event was like a minor league ballgame compared to professional but that's what we expected. Food was typical of an Arena: hotdogs, nachos, burgers, fries, etc.
The seats were not exceptional spacious but the suites looked inviting.
We'll definitely return to First Arena for more local events!

Not really sure what to think of this arena anymore, as our hockey team has folded, and no one really knows what the future holds for it.

First time here. We came because our daughter is an anime nut and always wanted to come to this. Parking was easy.. it was seperated into two different rooms. the one in the back was cold... we were over the ice rink! People were pleasant and friendly to deal with. Bathroom had no toilet paper, and looked like it needed a good cleaning and update.

The only positive about this rink is that bathrooms were clean. No concession stand. Street parking (good luck) is scarce. Limited seating to watch games. For a city this size, they need to invest in their youth sports.

I have tried to buy tickets for your venue but the lack of a seating chart makes it impossible to determine if it is worthwhile and that's 4 less tickets you sold....

I have been to many hockey games and other events at the arena and have always been satisfied with the value of entertainment with the exception of today at the saddest excuse of a circus I have ever attended. Misleading advertising lead us to believe our children were free with a coupon and with admission price of $$9.75 per adult. Imagine my surprise when we paid $23/ adult and my dismay when we actually got in there for this Piccadilly Circus! I think the arena should refund some money to those who attended!!!!! Very annoyed!

The First Arena has great views from any seat you are sitting in! The Jackals are always great, and so is the food!

This is a nice place, good layout, and very easy to find. Finding a place to park can sometimes be a pain...
