I had an absolute blast at NORA when I took the Essentials class, and I highly recommend it, even if you've never done anything like this in your life. I went by myself for my birthday, and it was the best gift I could have given myself. I learned so much about my new vehicle (I had just bought my first Wrangler three weeks before taking the class), how to drive it off-roads, and how to keep it (and myself) safe. I came away from a day of off-roads adventure without a scratch on my new Jeep and with a whole new confidence in myself as a driver. Plus, I made great friends! The women in the class bonded in Jeep-loving sisterhood and are planning more off-roads adventures together in the future. I can't say enough positive things about Scott and the NORA instructors who were professional, well-trained, and a lot of fun.

I checked out NORA 4X4 with some friends today. We took a full day intro to off road class, which was an excellent experience all around. Scott and his team are clearly pros. They gave us useful information and training in an accessible format with a lot of emphasis on safety. It was amazing to see what a stock Jeep Wrangler can do! I’ll definitely return for more instruction. Thanks to Scott and the whole team at NORA 4X4 for a memorable day in a beautiful setting.

We had a super time. The whole staff was very accommodating. I originally scheduled with a friend in April but due to covid wound up going in October with my family. Everyone at NORA was super helpful, knowledgeable and just great. It’s something I have always wanted to try and could not be more satisfied with the experience. The route was fun with some nice challenges. And We really felt comfortable and welcome. I can hardly wait to go again. Thanks guys!

Our family had an amazing and unique adventure at the NORA SOAR program. Scott and Alex patiently explained everything and answered all our questions, graciously offered assistance, and ensured we had the best experience possible. Their expertise in and passion for off-road driving is evident and their willingness to share this with everyone including people with disabilities is admirable. This was an educational, thrilling, and accessible trip for our family. The breathtaking, natural atmosphere at NORA feels like you’re on another planet. We highly recommend anyone to check out this “hidden treasure in the Catskills”.
