You have to make sure the Black Russian Red as on of your samples. It is an outstanding red wine. After the samples we bought 2 glasses of Chardonnay and the Brie. And one of the few wineries where you are served at a table.

A very pleasant surprise that could easily be missed unless you really want to find it. This is one of the best wineries in the Finger Lakes and I fear it doesn't get the kind of recognition it really deserves. My wife and I visited 16 wineries on our recent anniversary trip and this was the only one that offered... More

Excellent winery! The view of Lake Keuka is to die for! Several whites are very nice! The Black Russian red is excellent! Reasonably priced!

This lovely winery sits high on the hill overlooking the lake, and might be easily missed. What a mistake that would be! This was our favorite stop of the day. Our tasting hostess Maisie provided 5 wine tastings, which we enjoyed along with an excellent charcuterie board, fruit and cheese (purchased at a very reasonable price). The food was really... More

This was our last stop of the BBQ festival. McGregor was a pleasant surprise. It was very busy, but there was plenty of staff to do the tastings. We had a very pleasant young lady who did an excellent job of explaining their wines. We tasted only reds, because she said they specialize in reds. They were very good! Our... More

This was our first stop along the Keuka Trail. We purchased 2 passports for $12 each that allowed us free tastings at all 7 of the member wineries along the trail. This was a beautiful setting and a very unique experience because you get to sit at tables and be served each of your 5 tastings along with a small... More

Great, friendly staff, loved the food pairings and the wines were great! Definitely nice to have a lot of dry wine options.

Some wineries take themselves a little too seriously, and can come across as intimidating or offputting; this place is the perfect antidote to them. The tasting room is set up to look almost like a restaurant; you get to sit down at small tables rather than standing up at a bar. The atmosphere and the staff are warm, friendly, inviting,... More

We came up to keuka lake for keuka in bloom. Mcgregor was the first winery on the trail and we were pleased with the wine, the service and the food pairings. We would come back again!
