Great place to get out with the family and experience something new. The staff are so nice and really go out of their way to ensure the entire family is happy! Great gluten free options and the maple syrup tasting is excellent!

Loved this place! The sugar house is nestled in the hills of Dutchess county, NY. It's a beautiful setting and location with acres and acres of Sugar Maple trees. We were lucky enough to be able to see the full Maple Syrup production, as the weather was cooperating and the trees were producing sap. We had a delicious brunch and... More

Went on the tour this weekend and it was both informative and engaging. They provide you with a tasting at the end and the syrup is amazing. We also had brunch from the cafe which was amazingly delicious and reasonably priced for the quality of the product they serve. The building and land itself it beautiful and impressive. Oh yeah,... I had no idea that madava Farms existed. I live in the same town. This place is amazing its a must see. Everyone there was very nice. There was an event going on with vendors, but we could not enjoy the outdoors as it was pouring rain. Torrential rain. Plan on going again as I purchased the best pork rub.

We have visited a number of maple sugar "houses" but this site was very impressive. I believe we were told it was the third largest in the world, and the technology is fascinating. Upon entering the grounds, we observed miles of tubing coming down the hillsides from tapped trees. The main building is very welcoming with a patio, tables and... More

We visited with some friends during a wine and cheese tasting tour. The event was lots of fun. They had some samples of cheeses and wine and chocolates. The fire pit outside was a great bonus they even had marshmallows to roast! Such a great idea! We were given a mini history and tour of the facility by I believe... More

We toured Crown Maple on Sunday 10/25 with an out of town friend. The tour group was large, but the guide was very professional and gave us a very good grounding in some of the specialized techniques used in Maple gathering, refining, and processing. Absolutely wonderful tour in our back yard that we enjoyed. Only disappointed that the wind was... More

I was there with a friend, we like the history of a product and to know a few things about the production of it. It was a tour given by the owner, and his right hands; really instructive, you will enjoy it as long as you're a more theoric person. I would have love a little more of a hands... More

Thank you for visiting Madava Farms this past weekend. We are always looking to improve the customer experience and greatly appreciate your feedback. As you mentioned in your review, the tour you attended was unique in that it was led by Robb Turner, the founder and owner of Madava Farms, following a book signing in support of the ‘Crown Maple... I actually live just a few minutes from Madava Farms, but didn't get over to them for in the beginning of their operations. But since we've had many an enjoyable and delicious experience there. Take a tour, take your time, relax, roast marshmallows in their fire pit, enjoy a maple flavored treat or drink on their large patio overlooking a... More
