About
We are a small, family run rafting business located off the beaten path in beautiful Lowell, ID. Surrounded by cedar forests and rivers, we are lucky enough to be located in one of the most pristine places in this country, if not the world. Three Rivers Rafting operates with permits issued by the United States Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management on the Lochsa, Clearwater, Lower Selway and Salmon Rivers. We offer a unique experience to all avid rafters and adventurers. At Three Rivers Rafting we believe in preserving our natural resources and educating our guests to help support the wilderness areas and rivers for future generations.

Amazing experience! Noah was our guide and he was very informative and funny. The whole crew made you feel like a family! This was our first time rafting and Mira answered all the questions and was so kind! Food was delicious! And the whole rafting experience was SO MUCH FUN! Highly recommend!

While the base facilities were not all that inspiring at first glance, EVERYTHING thereafter was truly amazing - from the guides our group had (Liam; Joseph and Austin), to the amazing, clean and wild waters of the Lochsa and Selway rivers, to the food prepared for us - it all came together to make for a memorable father daughter trip! Highly recommend.
p.s. Tell Liam our raft still votes to change the name of the milepost rapid on the Lochsa to "Swim Shady!"

Best group of guides i have ever had the pleasure of rafting with, which says a lot as am a raft guide myself. Safe, professional, and best of all, Fun! If you are going to be rafting the Lochsa you need to go with Three Rivers Rafting. Great location, great people, great times!

We went for a high water trip on the Lochsa river with Three Rivers Rafting and had an awesome experience. The staff and guides were very talented and professional, while also being friendly and fun. We were impressed and grateful for the safety of the trip, while still giving us plenty of big water fun! That river was huge and without smart guiding it could get dangerous in a hurry! The hot lunch was beyond our expectation. First class operation that clearly knows what they are doing out there. We will be back again!

My son and I have done a fair amount of guided trips but this company sets the bar.
PJ and Nathan aka mad dog were beyond amazing with their focus on safety being number one while remaining entertaining and just down to earth fun. Add the incredibly beautiful Lochsa river corridor, wildlife, and you have perfection which is so hard to find. Customers for life…..

I went rafting with a church youth group in late June with Three Rivers Rafting. The entire staff is knowledgeable, experienced and personable, making for a fun, safe rafting trip down the Lochsa River for all. The lunch was amazing: a delicious hearty meal with vegetarian options. Overall, they exceeded our expectations, and I hope to return with my family.
