We celebrated our mom's recent birthday here. We visited on a Wednesday, which worked out for the best because we avoided the weekend crowd. Having visited other properties that day, Bedell's was our favorite. Although each had its own aesthetic, and each of which someone will find appealing, Bedell's property was immaculately maintained and featured a more modern, chic and... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the wines, service and ambiance of the outdoor seated tasting area overlooking the expansive vineyard. We drank through almost all the wines available for tasting and were truly impressed with the quality of the white wines now being produced here. We were disappointed that they no longer allow you to bring some food if you buy wine to... More

Wine tastings here are either individual (around $5) or in a group ($20 for five tastings). They do not let you pick the wines in the "flight" but instead tell you what you will taste for your $20. If you decide to buy the wines you taste, hold on to your wallet. Some of them are over $100 a bottle.... More

A really friendly atmosphere lovely deck overlooking the vineyards to enjoy their great Sparkling Rose. A great place to enjoy the afternoon sun with some nice food and a bottle or two of their great wine.

Beautiful vineyard!! Great wine, gorgeous grounds, and great place to sit and relax. Such a peaceful setting. We went to one of their special dinners and it was worth every penny! Would recommend this winery to anyone visiting the area!

Visited for the first time and was very impressed with the grounds and outdoor seating area. We tried the flight tasting and enjoyed it. I personally felt the wine was too expensive to purchase but enjoyed sampling and taking in the scenery. Note - you cannot take outside food with you to eat while you sample.

We have been wine-club members here for about two years. There are the usual perks to membership, including free tastings. All in all this is a fantastic place to visit. One if their wines, "Gallery" is perhaps the best LI wine I've ever tasted. It is pricey (discounted with membership), but you'll have a hard time finding a better LI... More

My son and I decided to drive out East on Saturday. We picked up bread, cheese and olives at the nearby Deli. After selecting wines we sat outside on picnic tables in the sunshine. What a great spot to enjoy the day...and the vino!

The setting is lovely, the wine is very good and the service outstanding. Our server let us choose which wines we were interested in tasting, which is an anomaly on the North Fork. Definitely worth the trip!

Reservations for wine tasting were made for us by our hosts at the North Forth Guest House (next door). Sat by the roaring fire while our guide explained Bedell's offerings. The wines were good but a little expensive.
