We spent two days in Cooperstown, and got to see the lake from a number of vantage points. I have to tell you, this is one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever seen. We had a drink at the "fire bar" at the resort, and the view was like a painting. Very cool.

Each morning, I drove down to watch the sunrise over this beautiful lake. There is a boardwalk with benches, an award-winning floral buffer to preserve the lake, a grassy park area, and once a week, an outdoor concert.

This glacier formed lake is gorgeous, no pun intended. It is approximately 7-1/2 miles long and at its widest 1-1/2 miles, and 167 feet deep. There are lots of areas for boating, swimming and fishing, or you can take a nice ride on the tour boat at the pier. We were fortunate that our motel overlooked the lake.

You must see this majestic lake. The color is stunning! Its backdrop is some of the most beautiful rolling hills I've ever seen. She just spreads her magic wherever you can view it and is surrounded by quiet, quaint towns.

A must see on any visit to Cooperstown! We spent an entire day kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming in the lake. Crystal clear water and beautiful views from lake street. We didn't want to leave. Bring a bathing suit and enjoy!

Love the stunningly beautiful Lake Otsego, with many spectacular views from Lake Drive in Cooperstown, NY. Worth seeing from the Otsaga Resort, as well as from the various marinas along the way to the Glimmerglass Festival.

Just a very clean, pristine lake which we could access from our motel. At the southern end is the town of Cooperstown, where there a many options for enjoying the lake.

If you go to Cooperstown, take a walk down a side road to the lake front. It's ego Lake is a beautiful lake, a treasure of Cooperstown. We took a tour, 1hour , on The Glimmerglass Queen. Fair price, nice little boat. A narrated tour of the lake and a bit of history.
