Brought nephew and friend for a few games. They had a wonderful time. But try to pay and it’s mass confusion. They have two lines a check in and check out. Any idiot can understand this I think but then the man behind the checkout starts taking guests on other line completely ignoring people waiting on his line then people start crowding around his register out of turn and he says nothing so I’m left to have say some which is f$&@king annoying because I look like I don’t want to wait but in reality at least 20 people who came after me were helped. It’s up to the people working here to know how to be professional and aware of their surroundings and run the operation properly otherwise next time I won’t be respectful and will jump the line.

My son and I came with my grandchildren. But they would not give us a lane without bumpers for the 2 adults and a lane with bumpers for the kids. Although they allowed other singe bowlers to have lanes while refusing our group of 4 to have two lanes. Prior to today my son and I and two others also bowled in a league there for the past year. But after the treatment we received today, we will find another bowling alley.

Daughter has been asking me to take her bowling for weeks. It was my birthday, so I took my two children and wife. Don't like bowling much, but did it for the kids. ONE game and shoes $66! $36 to rent shoes for one game!!! Kids wanted to play another game, but would have been $106. How do they justify ripping people off like that!
Never again!

With 5 grandchildren it was difficult to come up with something fun to celebrate their grandmother's birthday. This bowling alley provided the solution. Very attractive atmosphere, great lanes, arcade games, pool, a cozy fireplace setting, and surprisingly excellent tasting food. Everyone had a blast bowling, and the day was a total success. Kudos to Bowlero bowling, your venue provided a great solution. Recommend this to anyone seeking a great place to host a birthday party, or any type of gathering.

They make it so hard for families. Won’t be coming back. $$$$ for everything. $4 watered down soda, $7.5 per game, $6 shoes ?!?! $15+ per person for one game... insane .
