Finally found our way to Foundry Dock Park and it did not disappoint. It's such a lovely little park right on the Hudson River with great trees and benches, a gazebo, and a dock with great views up and down the Hudson. Great afternoon to relax by the waterfront.

Very beautiful area on the Hudson River; kayaking and SUP yoga; restaurants and cafes nearby, Creameries with ice cream made on site. Canoes and bicycles for rent.

The park is a little difficult to get to because it is across the tracks from the rest of the village. There is a subway (not a train - New Yorkers!) or stairway under the tracks. Once there it has a park with benches and then a large deck which juts out into the river for specular views!

This place offer the good view of the Hudson river and mountain. It is good to watch the sunset when it was not raining, cold, or windy.

Foundry Dock Park has really beautiful views of the river and the United States Military Academy at West Point across the river. We visited on a particularly cold day and were unable to appreciate it, but it's a definite must-see if you're in Cold Spring.

Take a walk down Main Street in Cold Spring and you will come to the Hudson River. It's just delightful to spend some time enjoying the beautiful river vistas and to relax with some pleasant company or a good book (weather permitting).

I hung out here for a while. Walked around the dock park, got some ice cream and enjoyed the beautiful Hudson River, and the area. Worth some time in a very cool little village.

took the metro north Hudson line train from grand central to the historic village of cold spring along the Hudson river. It took around 1 1/2 hrs to get there but loved the scenery along the way of other little towns. This town is filled with 19th century architecture and the main street is lined with storefronts all individual stores... More

The Foundry Dock Park is very quiet in the winter months, except when the train goes by. There are several benches to sit on and simply take in the nice view of the Hudson, along with West Point and the Constitution Marsh Sanctuary across the river. After shopping or just walking along Main Street in Cold Springs, it's worth the... More

Great place to escape. Quiet and peaceful. Easy access to water but large park for picnics too. Outdoor music was a treat.
