Beautiful falls in a small park area. Nice pathway and stairs on the way down. There were some people out there fishing but not sure how they got out there. The gates were locked in the side we came in.

We stopped here with our Grand daughter and Great Grand Daughter on a beautiful warm summer evening to enjoy the falls and the related bird life.

Route 9 is the long way. Take I787 north from Albany to Cohoes. When it ends at Route 32, go straignt through the light onto Mohawk Street. Continue on Mohawk for about 3/4 mile. You will see signs for the falls overlook... More
